"The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had applying for an apartment. It takes literally over 7 weeks to find out if you have been approved. The front office ladies have no idea what they’re doing. I was constantly called in to make corrections on my application because they didn’t notice it the first time. So many more problems to list. Not one positive thing I can say about this place. And be prepared to not have your phone calls or emails answered. Very unprofessional. Zero stars if I could."
"I brought my grandparents to see these apartments since the office never answers the phone. The lady in the office hardly acknowledged us as customers & was very rude (Alyssa). It was almost pulling teeth to get information. She kept typing/working, no eye contact when she spoke, & overall unfriendly. They don’t give tours & you can’t even be put on a waitlist. There was no availability; if the office answered the phone, I wouldn’t have wasted a trip. The last buildings are under construction & we were told they would be ready sometime in July, but they don’t have an estimated time frame. I love this area & was hoping for a good experience & some availability… but that’s just not what was given. With some new people in the office, this place can really turn around."
"My mother is one of the tenants here at this apartment complex and she absolutely loves it. They provide a tour of the apartments prior to renting and you get to see how absolutely beautiful the place is. Everything is brand new as it is a new Complex. The girls in the office are wonderful and have been great to my mother and have answered all her questions quickly and they always handle work orders in a quick time frame."
