"I have a love one who resides at your fabulous Westover Hills property. She loves all the amenities in her unit. She is -always talking about the staff especially the office manager Rodrigo “ Rico” He is a kind hearted individual who goes above. and beyond.. He treats all of his clients as though they were family. His cheerful disposition and smile can capture any nay sayer. He is charming and charismatic. I wish there were more people like Rico who cared more about others rather themselves! Don’t ever let this individual go ! He’s a keeper!!! Thank you Rico for everything you do!!!"

"I have lived here almost 3 1/2 years. The recent change of management has been a blessing to this place. It was already a nice place to live at; but, the new management has elevated this place to an upper level. They are on top of things and make sure all is working properly in this senior apartment complex with whatever issue that may arise. They make sure to provide residents a safe, beautiful and clean environment to live in. Kudos to the Property Manager, Courtney Becker, and Assistant Property Manager, Rodrigo Perez. Mr. Perez, in particular, has been a very kind, attentive man at the office who is always open to listening and responding to the resident's concerns and needs. Such a nice, young man at the office who always greets me when he sees me."
