"went in tonight an hour ago and they gave me soggy, ice cold fries with no salt. i asked for an impossible (vegetarian) burger and they gave me a rock solid patty that was regular meat and it was ice cold with a soggy bun. i literally hit the patty on a table and it sounded like it was an actual rock hitting it. the patty was 100 % meat and i haven’t eaten meat in 10 years. thanks for that."

"The customer service here is trash. I went through the drive thru 09/28/2023 at 2:12pm and ordered a whopper meal. The cashier at the drive thru asked if I wanted ketchup and I said "yes, please." When the other person handing her the bag heard, they grabbed a single packet of ketchup with their finger and thumb and dropped it in the bag and both, the person handling the bag and the cashier, looked at each other and smiled. I was running late to work from school so I didn't make an issue of it at the time. I think it's embarrassing that two grown people choosing to work there lead such miserable lives that they get kicks out of inconveniencing people with petty actions like that."

"I'm so glad my sister knew they're so close to the hospital. Having dad in the ICU, it was nice to just walk outside and take a breather, we had missed the hospital lunch, kinda glad we did. BK has the 2 for $12.00 plus I got a side of onion rings. Everything was amazing. And the crew were attentive to everything made fast. With a smile. Nowadays you don't really get that. But especially when you're dealing with a sick family member it's nice to get a smile. Being in customer service for over 36 years and hospitality for 32 of those years. I can say awesome. Now please to all the customers understand something they are also next to a downtown area where you will have people who live out there, come in get food cause either they're coming out of the hospital or get money panhandling, we came in contact with that. So the smell could be strong at the moment. Don't let that mess up your experience. Matter of fact watching them being treated kindly should tell you everything about the staff."

"Ordered two whopper combos and this is what I got for $16 dollars. They didn’t even to bother to put cheese, I had to put cheese myself. They also burnt the meat to the point all I could taste is charcoal. No pickles no lettuce. What the hell kind of service is this? I also called to get order replaced, but apparently they are not taking any calls. The franchise needs to send someone to go check on how things are being done."

"Tried the Impossible Whopper and it was really good! I even liked it better than the regular one. Fries were great and same can be said about the nuggets. The only bad part was the lady cashier... Really bad attitude. Also, some homeless people at night can make you feel uneasy in there."
