"Maintenance team is great, although the management is subpar if communication is important to you. I had moved out months ago and did not receive a single email or even a phone call about a remaining balance I had to pay. Let alone a minuscule amount that could’ve been resolved months ago if they would have given me a call or email. Apartments are filled with ants as they are old buildings. If you do not want to deal with getting the National Credit Systems sent to you just for $50 whom already have a terrible reputation for communication, then DONT MOVE HERE. They will surprise you with hidden fees at the end."

"my family and i went to go tour 2 weeks ago and fell in love with this place! we loved the location, price, and look of the apartments but touring with Alyssa helped seal the deal. Alyssa was kind and helpful and as we apply to call Broadstone home, she has been super communicative through every step of the process!! Crossing our fingers to call this place home soon and thank you Alyssa for being amazing!! UPDATE: my sister and i have been living here for about 2 months and love it so so much! the staff and maintenance staff are still so kind and helpful. the environment is quiet and super peaceful. i always feel safe walking around! we are so glad we get to call this place home!"

"I've lived at a number of apartments around San Antonio and I have honestly never met a front office staff as friendly, accommodating, and frankly lovely as these people who work here are! The apartments are also very reasonably priced, especially given consideration to how convenient the location is. And to my final note, it is also peaceful with a fully functioning gate (which apartments will often boast about having but never seem to; this one ACTUALLY does work and, if it has issues, they are fixed almost immediately.). I actually feel safe to walk to the laundry area at night with my partner and not be worried about some random person just lurking somewhere and scaring the heck out of me (or potentially putting me in danger, who knows.). For once, I feel safe in this city. Absolutely 35/10"

"My family and I were looking at Broadstone as a place to move closer to the area. From the moment we fell in love with this place throughout our application process, this place has truly been amazing. And all thanks goes to Alyssa for that. She has been the one who has toured us around the property, been wonderful to speak with, has kept up amazing communication and just been pleasant. Moving is never easy and always a daunting task and Alyssa has helped ease my mind during the finding a place part of moving. My fingers are crossed as we are waiting to hear back on the final results of the application, but regardless, the people at Broadstone have been fabulous. I truly do look forward to the opportunity to call this place home."

"I can't even begin to describe how horrible this place is. There is always something breaking down with my unit that needs repair or needs to be replaced. Old carpet and outdated appliances, cabinets & countertops. They will not provide reasonable accommodations if you’re a disabled person. Management never responds in a timely manner. Everything has to get approved by their District Manager before management can make any decisions to accommodate reasonable requests. My son is special needs and suffers from chronic asthma & upper respiratory illness. I have been waiting for over three years for management to remove carpet in my unit per my son’s doctor recommendations. Nothing has been resolved. The ONLY good thing here is the maintenance team. Maintenance goes above and beyond for the tenants. I can't say the same for the leasing management team which seems to always have a high turnover rate here. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!"
