"This place is horrible. Rats, roaches, pigeons everywhere. Just disgusting it makes me sick to believe I was ever in a situation where it came down to me and my family living at this place. Management Should really be turned in for fraud horrible office staff, just awful."

"lived here one year and let me tell u.. this place made me hate this city.. they had me and my family without hot water for 3 months !! once reported to the city they had a ever nastier attitude with us. The court ordered for them to fix the hot water within seven days and they didn’t come until the seventh day to fix it. That was three weeks ago thankfully we’re moving away now, but I do not advise anybody to rent here. Maintenance sucks. It is dirty and dangerous. Here it is roach infested, and other people say they even have rats has no gate protection. were left without AC or water for weeks to months. pool was shutdown due to the city getting involved how embarrassing. they ignore work orders you can hear gunshots if not super close by just a few miles away. cops are constantly being called to come to these apartment complexes for auto theft. the first week we were here somebody broke into her car and stole credit cards. Thankfully they had no money in it but we had to replace everything that was stolen inside the wallet. it has just been the most unpleasant experience I have ever experienced in my life and that is saying a lot. there was this bully going around could probably be the age of 13 or 14 he would just be around the streets, looking at who determined any age is ranging from toddlers all the way to a abults. he goes up to you and kisses you without permission, grabs your vape pens to smoke them without permission. if i delete zero stars, i would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! you’ll thank me later"

"Horrible experience. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to move here. They had staff doing fraud in their office, taking peoples money with no records, letting people stay with broken air conditioning, and let people stay with leaking apartments. Stay away! You have been warned. I heard this directly from staff that the owner has 28 apartments and really doesn’t care about people well being."

"Management is very rude and lie to you about everything, maintenance never fixes anything or takes months to come and fix the simplest things. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone!!! They always have trash every where for one, not to mention roach infestation galore. There's also bed bugs can forget about that and mice. They had mold in the walls and ceiling and when you would let them know they would try to blame you for it and want you to pay to fix it. I had a very bad experience I was only there 1 year and I hated. They're quick to want to evict people for any little reason after they have already taken your money. They change office staff like there's no tomorrow. That being said everyone that works in the office claims to be the office manager whenever you go in to talk to them. They gates are always broken so anyone who does not live there can go in and out at any time. They have sex offenders living there that aren't on leases I wouldn't let your kids play outside alone. It was the biggest mistake to move in to this place hands down. For whomever reads this please think twice if your considering these apartments they are trash."
