Celeste at La Cantera

"I lived at Celeste for a little over 2 years. Unfortunately I had to move out due to a promotion at work that relocated me to Dallas. I say “unfortunately” because Celeste was one of the best places I have lived here in San Antonio. If it was up to me, I probably would have lived there until I retired. There are so many good things I can say about the apartment complex. The area is nice being so close to The Shops at La Cantera and there is plenty of open space to walk around. Pet owners paradise even though I did not have a pet of my own. The staff at Celeste are amazing. The leasing office, housekeeping, and facilities all are wonderful people who are caring, respectful, and kind. They are also great at what they do. The amenities and overall apartment complex is kept so clean! Like extremely clean. You can definitely tell they hold it to a luxury standard (as advertised). I also truly believe the prices are justifiable to the space and area. You definitely get your money’s worth. You can also tell that the leasing office cares about the community. They hold events for the residents and even have various food trucks come by to solve those late night debates for dinner. This review is already so long and I am sure I am rambling at this point but truly - I cannot thank Celeste and their staff enough. They truly made me feel at home which is what it all comes down to when picking a place to live. I was always so relieved to be coming home because I knew I would be comfortable and safe. Thank you for everything!"

"Has been a great place to live so far. The front office people and maintenance team are fantastic! There are some loud parties from time to time, but that is normal for any rental home. I will say that there has been crime, but the property management team has tried to implement what they can to prevent and deter car break-ins. If you want a building to rent at with lots of amenities and walking distance to shopping and restaurants, then look no farther as Celeste is your place."

"worst apartments ever. No security AND no SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS!!!! None of the cameras work, it’s sad that we pay so much money to be living in these “luxury” apartments…. YET our belongings and vehicles GET STOLEN!!!!! If I write a review it’s because I NEED to inform other people, about what I have experienced. So please, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!!! The individuals that work here SUCK! They don’t care about you whatsoever…. They only care about filling up the apartments. They are no help and they are so unprofessional!!!! Especially the manager, don’t expect to get any help from her. I have never met a manager that was no help!!! They have super poor management and security. Find someplace elsewhere…. I have a friend who moved in here as well and got her vehicle stolen 4 DAYS AFTER MOVING IN!!!! Crime is horrible here in this apartment complex…. Strangers walk in daily and roam around the halls and are selling drugs, etc. They literally have like one camera and I’m not even sure if it works. Seriously stay away from this apartment complex!!!!!"

"I have had nothing short of an awful two years living at Celeste. Management is horrendous. They do not run any verification or background checks for residents so whoever can pay to live here lives here. Car break ins and stolen packages from doorsteps are a weekly routine here and management looks the other way. A top reason for that is the parking garage gate being broken weeks at a time, along with the parcel lockers always being full so any new packages coming in just get left on the floor in the package room. Busted pipes and fire alarms are also rampant here. It would be hard to find a resident here who hasn’t been stolen from, had their car broken into, or apartment flooded. And the answer from management is always the same. “That’s not our problem.” I’ve spoken with management 10-15 times in the last two years, I hate that it has to resort in a Google review. Walls are paper thin so you will hear somebody’s music at any given time. And even when 4 neighbors complain about it, nothing will happen."

"I recently toured a potential apartment at Celeste at La Cantera, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The facility is top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The amenities are fantastic, making it a standout choice. Overall, a positive and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!"
