"Loved the pool but not the fleas! I lived at the Marquis for 3 years, and it was great until it wasn't. I'll begin with the POSITIVE; the front office manager Nick was always kind and helpful. They are constantly making changes to the complex ie. exterior paint, pool, repaved parking lot. The NEGATIVES begin when you arrive. The front gates are always broken, I was late to work several times because they would not open. The mailboxes frequently get broken into. Car thefts! I had my windshield broken twice causing my insurance to increase! The gym is a joke, fresh paint job but terrible equipment. They frequently do inspections for fire and repairs which should be a positive, but, I was charged $85 when I moved out due to a mold that began when a pipe broke in my building back in December 2022. It should have been addressed then, but it wasn't. When I called to question why I was being charged they said "we were going to fix it but you moved out." I am pretty sure they knew my move out date and in my opinion they had plenty of time. My movers forgot some clothes of mine that were hanging in one of the bedroom and instead of a phone call letting me know, they just trashed everything. The absolute WORST thing are the fleas! I made a maintenance call and I even told the maintenance man in person and nothing was done. The fleas were not always present, this began in 2023. I know flea prevention may have helped but my dog has a history of seizures, therefore, it was unfortunately not an option."

"What a beautiful apartment complex!! The pool looks amazing and well Kept. Staff is always so friendly. Maintenance is top notch I have interacted with Art and he is always so proactive which I love!! He has taught me so much about saving energy. He also taught me how important it is to change my filters which I have to admit I was really bad at it because I didn’t understand the importance of it. You have such a wonderful team!"

"Appliance need fixed? Ask for Art. Need your vents to stop groaning? Ask for Art. Yearn for education on how things in your home work? Ask for Art. Anything maintenance oriented, you guessed it, ask for Art! My favourite thing about him so far is how he specifically arms his golf cart with vent screens because people like me forget they need changed every month. I've never needed to go beyond my doorstep to get what I need if Art can help it. In my honest opinion, the maintenance team is the best perk of this complex. They're patient, respectful, and above all WILLING to listen to the rambling explanations of us residents who try to explain what the noise we're hearing smells like. So if you're strapped for cash and don't want to pay extra for those upgrades, worry not. If the outdated stuff breaks, Art will fix it!"

"I was having an issue with my HVAC system and Josh and AJ troubleshooted the problem and was able to solve it within a day. They also offered me a heater or window air conditioner to accommodate for the inconvenience. I greatly appreciate them for all their hard work and dedication. Also Art was very helpful and knowledgeable providing me cost savings tips and safety advice for my apartment. We have wonderful Maintenance team and I appreciate all that they do!"

"I saw Art at the pool hosing down all the tables, chairs, and loungers and the entire patio area. Everything very spiffy clean. I’m so grateful for this staff member. He always goes above and beyond. Not just emptying the trash cans, picking up the trash left behind by our fellow neighbors, putting everything back where it belongs. Art really cares about our residents and asks how you are doing and if you have any problems."
