"I applied for an apartment and then the next day they told me they don’t have any apartment available. I emailed Ethan they said 15 people applied at the same time. That can not be once someone applies for an apartment on the website it is not avalable to apply for others. So they stokers $150 from 14 people. If I apples and did not pass the application fee i would understand but don’t make up stuff and miss represent your avalable apartments to take money from people."
"This place is disgusting water comes out of pipes dirty, ac doesn’t work properly, infested with cats and bugs. Maintenance is awful almost nonexistent. Management is rarely on sight. The pictures on the website are definitely not how the complex looks. The pool is green and dirty. Laundromats are dirty. Definitely violates health and safely protocols. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to live there"
