"Do you enjoy having dumb and dumber BANGING on ur door like the police and talking to you crazy? They nearly broke in and told me the reason they didn't was cause they're scared of my dog. Which is good, try that again & you're getting bit. This place is so ghetto they think behavior like that is okay or "their job" as they like to put it. Here's a short comprehensive list of why you SHOULDNT LIVE HERE :)) !! - Bug/Rodent/Flea issues (bc of how poorly built and unkempt this place is) - Paying for services you don't get! No pest control, Broken appliances everywhere, No AC, No maintenance. - Extremely rude, maybe even mentally unstable staff (lorrie and the other one) - The apartment looks nothing like what the photos look like online and the price does not make up for it bc of all the extra fees they throw at you. - Gym is half broken with no AC - Pool is unavailable year around - Loud construction workers in the morning with no regard for residents - Stray animals infesting this apartment - Water turns off at least once a day better hope you're not showering when it happens haha (true story...) - Car break ins very often - No privacy you can hear everything from outside and everyone can hear you I can keep going but for the sake of shortness and my own time I'll stop there! Hope you find a good place to live because this is definitely not it, bye! :D"

"Be aware of the scam that is forest oaks, they will sweet talk you in believing it's a great place to stay at. First and foremost they will tell you the apartment isn't ready and you will have to wait until you are closer to staying, but in reality you never have the opportunity to see the horrid condition you will be living until you move in. Secondly, you will have roach and pest infestation where no matter how many times someone comes out to treat it never works. Third, the AC/Heater is old and goes out when you need it the most especially in the winter when you need to feel the warmth for up coming drops in temperature. Fourth, the water is out almost every other week this also includes the winter. Please note this place will suck the life out of you and make you live a very distressed life, management will make you feel like your the one at fault and will continue to charge you without proper recompense. If you want to go cheap these are some of the many problem you will go through I would recommend looking elsewhere before you realize the mistake you make being a resident at such a place."

"I have been a resident here for over a year and I have to say I have really enjoyed my experience living at Forest Oaks. I feel that the property maintenance staff handles any work orders I have in a timely manner, which is definitely a big deal. Especially when it came to deciding to renew my lease. I also feel that the office staff does a great job at communicating with the residents of any property visits and any other property updates that residents need to be aware of. I would highly recommend living here."

"Don’t move here. There are a myriad of problems with these apartments beginning with the manager Lori. She’s ultimately responsible for everything at this pit of a complex. I put in multiple work orders almost 2 months ago after I moved in and they still haven’t been resolved, no one has contacted me in any way. We have roaches beyond any place I’ve ever lived, no drawers in the refrigerator, missing bottom rack in dishwasher, no outlet covers on most outlets, pool hasn’t been open since I arrived in late July. No AC in the “gym”, no lock on mailbox, the mailman said to hassle her everyday until I get one because he was having to put my mail in any empty one so it was safe. The shower leaks and whatever water is supplied here is disgusting. The unprofessional management is apparent, its a moral responsibility as a property manager that you improve and ensure that you are providing the best for your residents, most of us are using so much of our paycheck for rent and it’s so insulting to see the carelessness and condescension in regards to our quality of life, it’s obvious to see an employee work just for a paycheck even in a lower level management role. Bottom line there’s a ton of better options out there and I’m emailing corporate about my early lease termination with Forest Oaks I attached pictures for everyone to see what’s up here."
