"I wish I could have the option to not give any stars to this apartment. The customer service to these apartments is terrible. My sister and I went in to inquire on a tour for a one bedroom on Saturday morning and Brittany told us we wouldn’t be able to see one until Monday as she’s the only on in the office on the weekends… so we respected that. Came back today (Monday) and she told us the two bedroom was the only unit available and seemed irritated saying it. She didn’t give further more information about a one bedroom unit and the next availability until I asked her. Besides the terrible customer service, the place seems run down with roaches. There was a dead roach at the door not even picked up from any of the employees there as if they haven’t seen it all day? Point is, if I can’t get decent customer service with apartments I’m potentially wanting to live in—they aren’t for you."
