"Roach infestation, dishwasher is rusted and unusable and after several complaints they promised to replace it but it is 4 months later and this has not been done. At this point I would not recommend this complex unless they fix these issues. I struggle with anxiety, this only adds to my stress and anxiety."

"I lived there in 2022-2023. They told me that they input my leasing date wrong. Now they want to charge us for moving out early. We moved out in March instead of June. I want to know whose fault is that? Not ours. Plus we cleaned our apt prior to moving out. Now they want to charge us for that as well. I always clean the apt before and after moving in or out. To me, they just want to charge us for the up grades that they are making to the apts. The reason why, is cause I fumigated. And I clean out any dead bugs. I even patch up any holes from hanging pictures. They said that they have pictures but yet can’t find them. Plus how do I know that it would be our apt? The apts look the same from inside. These apts are scammers."

"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE KIND HEARTED PEOPLE!! This place has slowly but surely been getting worse in terms of petty crimes. If you don't believe me just google how many times the police have been called to this complex. There's always some drama here from car break-ins, car burglaries, or fighting. What a nightmare of a complex to live in. Lastly the mailboxes here get broken into all the time, and management has yet to do anything about it (3rd time for me). Im just sick of this place please stay away. I know it looks ideal because H-E-B is nearby but save yourself the heart ache."

"This is the longest staff management and awesome Maintenance team that are on point with making it a priority asap and they work hard and I appreciate them as for Management Paige assist Mngr Ashley and Kayla are doing a remarkable job I'm very Happy here ! And I don't plan on moving any time soon I'm just renewing my lease I read all the negative reviews but come on people they are trying and accomplishing itself mess that Reep Management and Owners were sloppy careless and just plain oblivious to what they were doing ! The only thing that I can say they did Is LEAVE!. "The only perk about this place is that everything was walking distance other than that, roaches and homeless people were my biggest issues. No matter how much you clean those roaches will find a way in. Other than that I had a homeless guy take my wreath from my door! Plus they had lost my inventory sheet, so take a photo copy. Other than that this was how my apartment was given to me after they informed me that it will be taken care of (to which I had to put numerous maintenance orders)."
