"UPDATED RESPONSE We had the worst experience with this company. Based on the reviews despite many of them being from people who work for this company, it looks like the company does a good job on the management side of things; the side that caters to its homeowners who are renting out their properties. Which is good because people deserve to have a good team managing their properties allowing them to make passive income. However, from the renters perspective we had a terrible experience. From the beginning we were promised things that we had to fight tooth and nail for. We were given excuse after excuse and after getting the runaround we would finally be able to come to a resolution of any problems. I don't know if the company treats all its tenants like they did us or they saw that because we were younger and farther from the city they could try to always give us the runaround/ take advantage of us. Or maybe it was because our house was cheaper in rent we were given a lower priority level. In the end we were charged to fix one of the major one of the homes major units despite it being exposed and a hazard in the house. We were told certain appliances would be provided in the home before move in but in the end we had to buy ourselves. Which seems fitting because when they were giving tours of the property it seems that the ladies didn't know much information about the house and almost told a prospective renter that the house came with all appliances until we had to step in and say no they were ours. We were also faced with having to pay for all of the properties debt to a utility company after two of the many outdoor fixtures on this property started to leak. In addition to subtly getting the blame put on us. Needless to say we are so glad we no longer have to engage with this company again. I would think twice about renting a property from this company. (please don't bother with responding to this email anything you say or do will not make up for the terrible year of wasted money we had endure with you guys.) *Response Like I said a response from you isn't going to help the fact that our experience was far below sub par. And if you want to act like you and your company did no wrong then so be it. Here you are blaming us once again which I mentioned in my original response is something that you do best. For us the issues started the moment when we gave you the prorated rent and saw the refrigerator that you said was included in the home was gone. The house was an absolute mess and clearly hadn't been deep cleaned as you had promised (even though you claim to have made no promises). And when we walked through the house to see one wall with a huge exposed hole that needed to be covered up. you tried to make excuses like how paint/ supplies was so expensive and paint being "Sixty dollars a gallon." In that moment we realized that you or this company was a complete joke. And that investing in a ride on lawn mower wouldn't be worth the money. I mean what kind've company has their daughter, their property manager, and their repair guy and whoever else working for you posting good reviews just to boost your ratings on google. You know that we put plenty of maintenance request despite what your "records" say. I sent you multiple emails with the picture proof that you asked for. Yes we installed an above ground pool but I don't see what that has to do with the multiple water spickets on the property that were faulty and leaking. But atlast here you are doing what you do best blaming your tenants for a property that is clearly not well maintained by its owner or you guys but as you always say you're just the middle man despite your role being a property manager quite literally means managing your properties. But in efforts to continue your business relationship with this properties' owner you continue to manage this property and stealing from the pockets of your renters. At the end of the day you can not take away our experience with you guys and you can not try to diminish the problems that we had with you guys."
