"I wanted to take a minute to share my experience dealing with Dr. Tran and the team at Cook Children’s Pediatrics in Celina. Unfortunately, I’m not someone easily impressed. I’m a doctor’s daughter, as well as, have spent the last 25+ years overseeing corporate customer service programs. Plus I’m the grandmother so I’ve dealt with my share of pediatricians and their offices. I know my expectations are high. Like all parents and grandparents I want my calls and e-mails answered. I don’t want to sit in a waiting room. I want my concerns addressed and I want (need) help in dealing with health insurance claims but I have found that just bc I want these things, doesn’t mean I get them. I’ve often feel like we’ve had to give up most of them in order to see a doctor as capable and caring as Dr Tran. In fact, my son and DIL followed Dr Tran from her last office to Cooks Pediatrics because they were “in love” with her. Being their first child, I have gotten to be more involved and been able to see first hand the way Cook Children’s Pediatrics handles everything. While I understand why they love Dr Tran, the biggest difference I see compared to others is in the way the office is managed. Sure, they’re crazy busy but I always feel like the front office team knows who we are by name and recognizes us when we come in. Our baby girl is almost a year old so we’ve been there monthly since she was born and had plenty of opportunities to see them at less then their best. Finally, I want to thank Tammy Ward, the Practice Manager. Monthly visits, vaccinations and all the other costs that come with the medical care of a child add up and no matter how hard we try, we cannot seem to find insurance that covers everything we need covered. Tammy has been our hero! She has spent a lot of time helping us navigate the challenges we’ve had dealing with our insurance company. I realize they can’t care for our children for free but she’s done everything she can do to get us answers, provide solutions and save us as much money, as possible I swear if she didn’t already have a career, I would hire her myself. I know nothing is perfect but Tammy and the Celina team make it as near perfect as possible."

"Me and my family has had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Bridgewater and her staff. Dr.Bridgewater actually listens to any concerns I may have and never makes the appointments feel rushed. Her staff members are welcoming, kind, and compassionate. I’m only sorry it took me years to find her!"

"We followed Dr. Tran to her new office and have always had a great experience with everyone at her new location. The first time that I called for a visit the girl that answered the phone explained their late policy and warned me about the traffic. There was a lot of traffic. I left early and arrived about 10 minutes before the visit. I was taken to a room right away. Dr. Tran came in within a few minutes and we were walking out the door within 20 minutes. Dr. Tran is a great doctor that always makes my son feel comfortable and answers all of my questions. The girls scheduling visits warned me about traffic in the area and to give myself even more time than I thought I would need. They even posted a video about what could happen if you are late to a visit and why. It seems like every good review is about how great the doctors are and every bad review is about the late policy. It sounds like Dr. Tran and her partner have decided on this policy and that the receptionists are carrying it out. I decided that seeing Dr. Tran is important enough to me that I give myself plenty of extra time to get to visits. Dr. Tran is the best!"

"The Triplets have been with Dr. Bridgewater since 2017. My now 1 year old has now been seeing her as well. She has been really great and is why we decided to move with her when she made the move to Celina. The staff at her office is another story. They are very hard to work with. I am always there early and come in earlier or change appointments when needed. It doesn’t matter how loyal you are and how many time you bend over backwards for them if you call and are running late they don’t care. I called and my husband called. My husband took off work and drove the 40 minutes to follow Dr. Bridgewater to just be turned around because we were 5 minutes late due to traffic in the ever growing area. I always wait in the waiting room 10-15 minutes or more for my appointment. They expect grace and offer non in return. Remember this when choosing your pediatrician. Sorry Dr. Bridgewater. We love you but the disrespect from your office is what is making us look for someone else."

"We absolutely LOVE Dr Tran! We followed her from her old practice and are so happy we did. She is so kind and makes my son feel so comfortable every visit. We’ve also seen Dr Bridgewater a few times and love her too, the entire office staff is so nice and welcoming. My sun also loves the movies and bright pictures/artwork they have in every room. Highly recommend for your little one!"
