And the doctor is just the best ! Really takes the time too interact with her patients and the families. Definitely coming back !"

"READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE HERE!!! STAFF IS ATROCIOUS. I have been coming here for a little over 2 years. I have 2 kids, one who has been a patient since he was born. The doctor should really think about cleaning house here and starting fresh. The only reason I have stayed is for the doctor, she is great. The staff has been the same staff since the start and each time I have had a horrible experience. I say this with the most respect, but I genuinely think the front desk associate is not all there. She has a completely blank stare on her face at all times, for a while I thought she couldn’t talk. But miraculously one day she responded to a question, which left me utterly surprised. Nonetheless, she is completely incompetent as a front desk associate in a medical facility. I know this because I run a medical clinic myself. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been there she seems to not know how to look up my insurance properly. This recent time I gave her THREE different numbers to which she responded with a dumbfounded look “these are the same numbers” ma’am….. what…. I left the facility and called the insurance company myself to which they responded my insurance is completely accurate and no issues are reported. AS A FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE IT IS YOUR JOB TO DO THE RESEARCH TO ASSIST YOUR PATIENT IN RETRIEVING THE INSURANCE VERIFICATION. IF THAT MEANS YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE EXTRA STEP TO CALL THAT INSURANCE COMPANY THEN THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO DO. If my front desk associates ever denied service to a patient because they were too LAZY to take ALL OF THE STEPS they would be immediately terminated and I would find someone competent enough to take their place. I would also like for anyone making an appointment here to verify the staff licensing and do not let them touch your babies without proper licensing. I would be surprised if any of these ladies have any education past high school as clearly they have issues with basic knowledge. The “medical assistant” or as some refer to as the “nurse” (I HIGHLY doubt she is a nurse) is very unpleasant to deal with and cuts you off, rolls her eyes or acts like you’re an inconvenience to her. Ma’am this is your job… YOU’RE actually the inconvenience to all of these parents bringing their kids in, whether they’re sick or not. YOU ARE THE ISSUE. YOU HAVE NO BEDSIDE MANNER. NO ONE IN THIS OFFICE, BUT THE DOCTOR, HAS BEDSIDE MANNER AND SHOULD BE WORKING AT MCDONALDS AT BEST. I truly feel sorry for anyone that has to bring their babies into this clinic. Oh and make sure you’ve got an entirely clear schedule for the day because you WILL be here ALL day."

"Dr is good! But the staff not so much l! Lakisha is extremely RUDE! Made a smart comment after having spilled on the floor, my daughters bottle which I cleaned up ! She slams the door after she made the comment as she saw me struggling to exit the room with the wagon! She was getting loud in the scheduling area like seriously.. don’t be ghetto! Trash service on her behalf! Be aware when she checks you in !"

"Two weeks ago my wife went for a doctor appointment. And the nurse put a wrong vaccine to my 14 month son. The nurse did not asked anything before that. And after she put the vaccine she just said. I thought that was another person. I really don't know what happened but for me this is a really bad situation. And not just a bad situation. She did it in a 14 month baby. And also she treated my wife badly. And also she tried to make my wife look like culprit. For my is not 1 star is 0. And the last thing is we don't want to come to this insurance anymore. Be careful with your children."

"Horrible experience! Rude front desk ladies and they think that you could be nice by just using the kind words whereas their body language says just the opposite. We had an appointment for 10:00 and after one hour of waiting the doctor showed up. She is nice but in any business you do not give an appointment for a certain hour and make your customer wait an hour. Overall we get what we needed to after two visits."
