"The place is very nice I give it that but I will say this I've had issues since day one it's roach infested, I've had a leak going on with my light fixture above my bathroom tub that took 2 months to get fixed I could have been electrocuted due to wiring and water being involved, also its hot and cold and my AC has been broke for 5 to 6 months now faught back n forth with cps for my bill being $600 a month since my ac was pulling so much power and I got that fixed now it's hot and my ac is still broken I got no good air conditioner I have to open my doors and windows. I broke my lease here I hate I did that because the place was really nice for me and it was my first apartment."
"I have lived here for almost 6 months now and I still love it! The office staff and maintenance has always been awesome and amazing! I love my apartment it's big and beautiful. I'm going to be here for a few years I'm sure. Thank you Anna and Serena for everything!"
"BEWARE!! These apartments deserve a ZERO STAR! Please don’t move in here. It’s not upscale and it’s not up to date! CARS GET BROKEN INTO AND STOLEN ALMOST DAILY!! There is so much damage and the complex does nothing about it. They want you to pay to park and you pay the price of your vehicle getting stolen or broken into. Photos below just happened last night ONE NIGHT and there are more cars on the other side of the parking not shown that got broken into and 4 vehicles were stolen!"
