"It's an ok place to live....getting things fix or replaced takes a while...the office is slow about getting work orders done...other than that it's good. 4 years later...the price is good. still takes long for work orders to be done. Most of the maintenance work is don't as cheap as possible. Asked for vents to be changed out, do to rusting and never been changed out for like years before I moved in. All they did was paint over them. You never know when maintenance goes in to your apt, they do not leave notice of entry, like other apts."

"The apartment had roaches non stop till a couple of months after I had to clean. Maintenance wasn't on time and when asked to fix my stove 3 times it was never fixed properly and caused smoke everytime I turned on and some of the stove tops so I left it. Water pressure and etc was bad and took time to turn heat on. Neighbors were loud especially with the thin walls, you could hear everything. At times office didn't seem to care about stuff and things I've heard from neighbors weren't good. I stayed for 8 months and didn't enjoy most of it but you do what you have to do. And took most of my deposit from not returning keys on time when I didn't know there was a fee until I got called 5 days after and I was very busy traveling so I forgot to turn on time and paid extra next day shipping to not get fees because I thought it wouldn't get charged till when I was told. Other than that if you need a quick apartment I'd recommend it but be wary of the worse. I've had better apartments for cheaper but it's good in a pinch."

"At first I was skeptical. But since surgery the staff has been nothing but understanding and helpful. The maintenance team religiously check out certain issues and get it resolved in a timely manner. Trash pick up is especially great since I'm not able to take the trash on the other side of the complex. All bills paid. No roaches whatsoever. Very close to the grocery store, restaurants and schools. Via bus routes right in front. You also get laundry credit which is a stress reliever. But since I was sick one month I wasn't able to get credit for that laundry month. I had to send my daughter in to leave the rent for that month. Other than that I couldn't imagine calling any other place home."
