"I had an application process begin but never actually paid an application fee. My co applicant never signed their end and the application expired. I paid $150 but never the $75 for the application fee. Tacara now refuses to refund the admin fee. I’ve just donated $150 to olympus properties. So just be aware if you’re looking for a new home. Make sure to everyone is ready to sign before it all expires and they take your money. Side note good luck getting in contact with the actual office. *Update: I received an immense amount of help from the manager David. He heard my issue and has been in constant communication with me on this matter. I really appreciate his willingness to help. I do believe this how a great business operates, with great people. Thank you for your help David!"
