"I've been at Greenway Apts almost 2 years now and things have improved drastically with the new management. Ashlie and and the rest of the team are always attentive to any issues you might have the day of, not days later...as most other apartments are in my experience. Quiet, off the main road and tucked away, it's been a pleasure living here this long (I must reiterate quiet here, no road or traffic noise whatsoever). The grounds have been updated since the last management as well...new paint, new parking spots paint, pressure washed concrete, landscaping, brand new washers and dryers for tenant use...the list goes on. It's been wonderful living here, friendly residents and wonderful management!"

"Ive lived here for almost a year and a half now... With work orders, they are pretty quick... No issues with bugs or pests... If something does come up, they are pretty quick to get things resolved.. i would definitely recommend these apartments!"

"I have been living here for 5 years. A bit old fashioned apartment complex, but the rent is lower compared to other apartment complex nearby UTSA. The new management changed the appliances of the renovated units, that's good. The maintenance is fast. The new management is very cooperative."
