Chase Hill Apartments

"Tired of requesting pest control services for roaches and now gnats, asked to have my front door fixed because it was stuck and difficult to open...they rehung it and now there is a gap so my electric bill went up, took four months to get my dishwasher "fixed" and it still does not drain. The laundry facilities are always flooded and smell like stagnant water, and that is only when the washers/dryers actually work. And I alerted management to this, was told I need to submit a service request to the company that maintains the equipment....good luck, I put in six requests yesterday. I really thought this would be a help for me financially, but I still pay over $1000 a month for an "upgraded"(just meant new carpet) one bedroom....just not worth it."

"DO NOT live here unless you want a Roach infestation you pay for pest control each month and doesn't seem to work seems like there immune to pesticides. Also rent for these apts is extremely high this is my last month and they will do anything to jack the rent up your last month I would look somewhere else."

"Horrible management, was there 3 or 4 years, and they can't hold on to maintenance crew change every 3 to 6 month's If that. nothing gets done, always waiting on something to get things done. Office people are quick to hand out late notice, but it comes to fixing things like lights on property, not enough time in the day to get to everything. There are just bulbs. They are rude. But if you need somewhere to live they will do but don't expect much. Enjoy the pools in the winter because in the summertime, for some reason or another, they are closed. Gates are supposed to work but don't. If your ac breaks, they lend you a window unit so old it barely throws air."

"Ima be honest with y’all. My husband and I moved in June 2022 we never had problems til now with the new management and we renewed our lease after a year. Our main bedroom light was out for 5-6 months and they send us a text saying we have to do ourselves with the light bulb which it was other lighting. We never had problems with our neighbors til we got a new one on the third floor; which they would throw trash and dog poop in our patio. We couldn’t have nice things and we would complain about it and they told us that we were the problem starters. Our second restroom was leaking in the ceiling since June or July of this summer and they never bother to fix it. Our main bathroom the tub was peeling ever since we moved in til we moved out. Over a year they couldn’t fix the tub. They don’t fix half of the stuff and we pay the full amount of the rent and can’t fix nothing. I’m telling you this right now. Please don’t rent with them especially the rent is ridiculous. They won’t fix nothing at all. We had to leave beginning of the month even the lease won’t be done til next summer. They still want us to pay the rent til then but we won’t. This apartment is not worth it and your money"

"This is the most honest review I can give especially coming from sombody whos never really had a apartment before but Upon moving here I read the reviews and to be honest I was scared away but something made me go give it a chance anyways and I will say I was blown away from the sincere staff to the beautiful apartments!!! I would have been a fool to pass on this place. The staff cared about my situation which is rare and they never lied to me once!!!! I will never speak badly of this place my apartment is amazing and I really love my apartment and I love the people I'm surrounded by it's been a great experience so far thank you God"
