My apartment needed some fixing. They stayed on it making sure everything was fixed. They have always made us feel welcomed in the neighborhood. Great place too stay, just because of them first. Then the apartments!"

"I moved in October of 2023 with Leasing Manager Pearlina and new property manager Carissa. These are the 2 most personable and realistic boss women I have ever done business with. They go the extra mile for the tenants and reassure us that they are here for us at all times. This place has gotten better by the day! Carissa, the property manager, is doing such an amazing job with the changes, and the office staff are professional and have nice customer service. Also the maintenance crew are extremely friendly and prompt ."

"Avoid living here at all cost. It is infested with cockroaches, and they refuse to fumigate the place. They never respond to maintenance requests and even when they do come out they never fix anything. Ours and our upstairs neighbors air conditioning unit was leaking for 6 months to fix it and they didn’t fix it until our ceiling collapsed and we had black mold. None of the amenities are available, they don’t allow use of the pool and the gym is abandoned and closed down. Half of the property has been abandoned and neglected and it is a safety hazard. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful, they truly don’t care about the tenants at all. The property is disgusting there is always stray cats, animal feces, glass, and trash everywhere. You aren’t allowed to park in the parking spots you pay monthly for because they have switched the parking process and will tow you even if you pay for a spot. My boyfriends car got towed the first night we moved in even though we had stickers. Seriously avoid this place, there’s mold and water damage on the walls and floors, the cabinets were missing doors, someone had broken into our unit before we moved into it and the door was damaged with screws sticking out of it, we don’t have a working dishwasher either and they won’t replace it. The issues just continue and they do not fix any of them."
