"This review is long over due. Pam and Maria were very helpful and sweet. Manager Alyssa is very condescending and rude. My fiance and me each sent in our pricey applications. Pam and Maria helped us with that and toured us. I called one day to check in and Alyssa answered, she told me she canceled my application and i would need to go in and fill out a paper app. I showed up 10 min before our scheduled meet. Pam and maria went over my online app in meantime and were confused on why I had to fill out a paper packet. They gave me one anyway. After filling out my app and waiting 45 minutes past scheduled, Alyssa invited me to her office. She was unbelievably rude and making disgusted faces.. Before she even restarted filling out my new app from the packet, I told her just to cancel it all. I didnt want to live in such a hostile environment. My fiance lost out on his money, which was understood before i canceled mine. She said mine would be refunded. Later i got a check for about only $70. I would love for a any higher ups to message me for more details. Pam and Maria should not have to tip toe around such a impolite manager with a superiority complex."

"I was one of the first people to move into the complex and I can say this was one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. I never had any maintenance issues other than pest control. The neighborhood is very quiet for the most part. Everyone is friendly here. I have nothing bad to say about my year here at Abacus West. I’m sad to leave because of my job being on the opposite side of town but I would’ve renewed in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great experience!"

"We’ve been living here a little over a week now and absolutely love it!! The apartments are brand new and the finishes are beautiful. The appliances and community is very modern with smart technology. Ring doorbells, smart washer & dryer, nest thermostat. And the pool and gym area is beautiful!! Modern new gym equipment and always so clean around the community and common areas. It’s relatively a small complex which I love, so hopefully it doesn’t get over-crowded/dirty once more movers come in. Maria at the front office was AMAZING. So helpful and moved us in in no time!! She new so many residence when we were on our tour so I love that they have a close relationship with their tenants making it feel like a tight community. By far my favorite apartment complex i’ve lived in in San Antonio so far."

"One of the best apartment home setups city wide! Modern styling, open-space layouts. Kate & Pam we’re extremely easy to deal with & helpful in getting me setup! They’re a newly developed property/location and any/all minor nuisances that may arise, Daryn is quick to tackle! By far the best washer/dryer combos I’ve seen in ALL the apartment homes I’ve toured. Kudos to the builders for small things like actually placing closet lights OUTSIDE of the closet! You’d be surprised at how many places just expect you to find your way in the dark or having to reach around a door etc. The complex amenities won’t leave you yearning too much more of anything from leisure activity to working out. Flexible payment options are extremely convenient when you don’t want to sit in store lines for a money order in 2023. Lastly, thank you for not forcing our hands in internet service providers, although providing adequate ATT services pre-installed(ready to go), but instead allowing that tenant freedom of choice. You’d be selling yourself short if you didn’t set up a tour, do not let the competitive pricing fool you. More does not always equal better!"
