"This was such a bad experience, which is a shame because this was one of my favorite locations to go to. I placed an app order and went inside to pick it up. I watched the employees horse playing and complaining but not filling orders. There were 7 customers all waiting on orders, and it took 40 minutes to get my chicken. That's a crazy amount of time for "fast food fried chicken" especially when the food was just sitting there. To add insult to injury when I finally got my food, it was lukewarm at best. I wouldn't recommend this location, I'll be trying a different location for future orders."

"The food is still decent but it seems the quality of the chicken is downhill a bit. Perhaps they are getting it from a different vendor. The flavor is still decent but the chicken seemed chewy and a bit dry. You can always depend on those biscuits to choke the life out of you though and taste good all the way down."

"I’ve been to this Popeyes multiple times over the years and every time I go, it’s a terrible experience. We always have to wait 20-30 minutes for our food each time we go (and we never order much. Maybe two meals on average.) and they always act mad. On top of that, we always have to go back in because they forgot something. Today when I went again it was the same thing. Except the food was terrible. The mac and cheese tasted like chemicals and the nuggets were undercooked. If you want Popeyes, don’t go to this location. Horrible every time."

"Just went through drive through October 20,2023 at 8:03pm , as you can see the order on the receipt we came home with a whole different order. 4 Wings instead of 12, and we order 3 tenders and receive 4. Order came out costing more and we ended with the wrong order. Called the store nobody answered."
