"I would give zero star for this poor display of a management company. They moved me into a house covered in dog urine. Told me to clean at my own expense and they would reimburse. Never reimbursed and took part of my deposit at move do to nail holes. The entire time I lived there I dealt with issues from a leaking water heater that didn't work for 3 weeks causing mold that was never handled to the constant smell of pet and smoke in the home. Zero effort to manage anything that had to do with maintenance but always quick to let you know their offices were closed. I never paid late never caused issue to the home yet they still found ways yo charge at move out. I have all the pictures of the urine stained carpet and all the nole hails from before move in. Don't lease with them and don't let them manage your home. They are crooks and snakes."

"I've been a tenant for a year now, I'm very happy with payment processing, maintenence requests and follow up times. The owner of the company will go out of his way for tenants, to get what they need."

"This company is amazing. Anytime we ever needed things repaired, it was taken care of in a timely manner. They always answer my emails. They also return my phone calls in a timely manner as well. The staff are kind. We were interested in the Move Up program and Mr. Guerra and his sons took the time to meet with us personally to explain how it all works. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home. If there were more than 5 stars these people definitely deserve it!"

"This management office is awful! They will stay out of your business until its time to renew your lease. We never missed a payment and took care of the home but they raised the rent MORE THEN $1,000 and basically forced us out as a military family with a baby then after we refused to pay the new amount turned around and rented it for only $300.00 more. They have also threaten to charge me over the prices stated on signed documents and are VERY RUDE. Then sent us a notice that we owed money because they decided to replace baseboard and entry ways to the home that we did not damage. Stated we had to despute by email but when you reply a of a sudden the email doesn't accept replies! STAY AWAY!! TRUST ME."

"The staff at the leasing office were very nice and the maintenance supervisor was helpful throughout our lease agreement. My complaint is in reference to the security deposit. I filed a dispute regarding the amount the company withheld from my security deposit- and it took 5 months for me to get feedback and a final answer from the owner. I will not release all the details regarding my concerns around the security deposit- but I will suggest that you read your lease agreement in great detail. Fortunately we have built our home and will never need to lease again- But if I did need to- I would not lease from Northwest Real Estate and Property Management."
