"Since the screens have been put back in, it's been wonderful. maintenance, always hands down what ya need ( I work late nights, I ask for them not to show up before 1 pm. They dont.) Also, hubby is a stomper, no complaints from neighbors or staff. Very quiet And all around a great place to love, and live."
"Currently a resident here and have been for the last 3 years and just wanted to take some time and express my gratitude and share my positive experience. The office staff are always happy to help with any issue I may have and always provide awesome customer service. My greatest appreciation goes towards our maintenance staff as well, especially Hector. He has taken care of every work order and gets it done in a timely fashion with the utmost level of customer service, honesty and transparency. Ive lived in about 10 properties over the last 10 years and this is the one ive stayed the longest! Thank you guys! Thank you Hector!"
"I lived here for just short of 2 years. There were great things about the apartments, as well as some things that need to seriously be addressed. Some of the Pros of this complex: -Quiet Area -Great School District -Great location with restaurants and shopping close -Emergencies are taken care of fairly quickly -Nice clubhouse (Can only be used when office is open however) -Have landscapers come bi-weekly so grounds are mostly tended to. -Khalid, Tania, and Miguel are efficient at their jobs and try to complete tasks to the best of their abilities in the position they hold. Now for the CONS: -It took 5 WEEKS to get my oven glass fixed and I had to make an insurance claim for it. They kept telling me they were "trying" but Rebecca couldn't bother to contact me. They gave me and my insurance the wrong invoice and then wanted me to pay more for parts. -In my 2 years there, my dishwasher was never fully fixed and would back up. Shouldn't have needed multiple service requests for them to replace it. Still wasn't working when I left. -Maintenance does take forever to be done, and even then it may not be completed. The only one I've ever seen completing tasks is Miguel. He can't take care of 200+ apartments himself. Management needs to re-evaluate their maintenance staff and hire more help. -Valet trash is useless. Will rip your garbage or simply won't pick it up and give the office bogus excuses. Not worth the $30 a month. -Rebecca needs to either step up in her role as manager, or step down to let someone else that can handle the job responsibilities. Had issues getting her to contact me back until I got corporate involved and tried to give me excuses as to why she couldn't call or email me. Tania does more for the property and should be paid and titled accordingly. -The one and only trash bin for the entire complex is constantly overflowed with garbage everywhere. Animals constantly get into it and valet trash throws it wherever they please. Very disgusting. -There is dog poop EVERYWHERE and people don't care to pick it up, even if there are doggy trash bins all over the property. No fines are ever given. --Cockroaches that are huge get into the apartments, even if you keep it clean. I have never seen pest control spray the premises and you pay for it monthly. Unacceptable. -You pay for covered parking, however people will park in covered spots if they know it isn't taken. The office will not tow and doesn't care. -Office doesn't stay on top of vehicles that are parked for days/weeks/months in prime spots. -Gate pads will shock you so bad and even with complaints Rebecca said it was "our fault" for static electricity. I'm not an electrician but know that it wasn't grounded. -Pool is DISGUSTING. Has mold, tiles broken and sandstone around the pool broken. -Bathrooms are locked for the club house except for employees so you can't use them when you go to the pool or gym because of COVID. -Dogs bark CONSTANTLY. My upstairs neighbor would bark all day while she was gone. I talked to management and nothing was done. She wasn't even supposed to have a dog. All in all, it was a great place when we moved in, but by the end of my lease, I couldn't wait to get out. Tania, Khalid, Miguel, you deserve a better job because you all are the only things making that place stick together, however I'm pretty sure Khalid left because of managements issues."
