Contigo Westover Hills

"The rent decrease was welcomed. Unfortunately, pet rent is now $30. Okay, that's fine I guess. But the valet trash has gone up from $12.5 to $20 and this is what you're getting for it. A huge, unsightly pile of trash that happens every week (sometimes twice a week). If you're going to charge extra for trash, get more bins or do SOMETHING to actually show us that it is going somewhere that isn't just your pockets. Improvements to the community have been iffy. Elizabeth has been incredibly helpful, but unfortunately I think I am on my last lease here. The whole idea of transferring to a bigger unit went out of the window when I found out it would be $500 on top of a new deposit. At that point we may as well just move entirely. In addition, I thought my last neighbor was noisy but it seems the construction of these aparments is just poor. To this day it still blows my mind that I have a top floor unit and can hear my downstairs neighbors stomping around and my next door neighbor's chairs. Either these people just lack home training or the construction is really poor. No fault of the management there, just unfortunately something you have to think about if you're a light sleeper."

"I can’t express how much customer service means to me. When looking for an apartment I called at least 10 and Contigo was one of the very few that actually answered, many in the area didn’t even return my call. I was able to speak with Madison and Elizabeth on separate occasions. I called a few times with questions. I toured the property the very same day. They were knowledgeable about the complex and upfront about everything. The complex itself was quite clean and tidy. They showed me the differences between the upgraded ones and the non-upgraded ones. They educated me on the distance of the outlets in the bedroom to indicate the size of bed it would fit. They even did some measurements for me. These things are above and beyond, Madison gave me her number to text anytime. Which I did and she answered. If something were to happen their actions indicated a lack of barrier in communication. Give this place the chance it deserves."

"Madison helped me move into one of their apartments fast and worked with me despite a couple issues. Her and the management team do an amazing job in communicating with the residents about issues. The only issue I have found so far and is potentially because of the holiday season is that I moved in a week ago and maintenance has yet to come and fix a few things, such as my blinds, the light bulb in the exterior patio storage closet. Aside from the Maintenance concern, everything else has been good, and anytime I go to the office they help extremely fast and ensure I am taken care of. I definitely am enjoying my first week here at Contigo Westover Hills."

"Contigo Westover Hills has been a wonderful first apartment and very accommodating for a first time mover like myself. It has been rather quiet and peaceful in the near two months I have been living here. Good communication coming from the Office to the Residents and they are very helpful with any issues. The ladies working the Office are very kind and personable, especially Madison. Will be recommending this complex to a few friends that I know will be apartment hunting here soon. 10/10"

"This complex has been very nice and felt like home since the day i moved in. they take care of their tenants and look out for them. when you walk into the leasing office you will always be greeted by the amazing beautiful smile of Madison, the leasing agent at contigo. She has always been a massive help with any questions that I have. if i could give her specifically a 10 star a review I would without hesitation."
