"This apartment has been fantastic so far! Joe in the office bent over backwards to help us move in on a time crunch due to problems with a different apartment complex and they were able to get us a place in 48 hours over the Thanksgiving weekend. They really care about their clients and will stay let to help if needed. The apartment is huge and neighbors are quiet. We had to get maintenance to come do minor fixes and they were there within 24 hours with no problem and got things done. The grounds are well kept with minor dog poop around which is expected since they are so dog friendly. Highly recommend this apartment complex! Go see Joe, he will get it all taken care of for you!"

"from the warm and welcoming greeting of Bella’s, to the courteousness and Generosity and competency of the rest of the staff- the welcoming Fireplace, billiards table, business center, Full fitness center -rooms inside And out to mingle with friends -A hot tub and Olympic size pool, charcoal, grills bar to Molette and tables surround the outside of the pool of the entrance is a lovely fountain! My family and I love being here!"

The Haven at Westover Hills were the first to respond to my inquiry via text. Joe responded and I could tell immediately he began to work on finding exactly what I was looking for. Actually, I got a great deal from the move-in specials they offer and it was a deal too good to refuse. Next day, I viewed the actual apartment I will move into (how lucky was that?) and absolutely loved it!! Joe was in constant communication throughout the application and approval process keeping me updated. "I COULD NOT WAIT TO DO THIS REVIEW!!!!! My experience at the haven was a freaking NIGHTMARE! First and foremost I am a caregiver for a VA VET if you are looking for a quiet area this is not where you want to be! I was new to SA TX and I chose the Haven online due to the garage and walk in shower. There is no walk in shower, it’s a step in! No room for shower chair. My entire stay at the haven I had to call, write office serval times due to noise. Either kids playing and bouncing balls off my garage door or neighbors above literally stomping throughout the day constantly! I work from home so it was very hard to stay focus due to these issues. I completely understand their May be noise here and there but for someone to repeatedly being disrespectful after telling them not once/ nor twice/ nor three times and spoke to the parents I still experienced this issue sadly. The office had no control over the situation, with neither neighbors. Last 2 weeks out of no where the smoker detectors goes off 3AM throughout my entire unit !!! Maintenance did not come out until 4AM. Imagine being woken up out of sleep by an loud alarm and it going off for an whole hour! My grandfather has dementia and post traumatic stress disorder. All night we were up due to ringing with ears. Apparently the batteries died!!! But who fault is that?! If you guys were coming out to check fire extinguishers the smoker detectors should also have been checked. SMH"
