"I've been here for almost 4 years but sadly had to leave due to a job transfer to Colorado. If I could stay longer I absolutely would have. They're great people who dont bother me for every little thing and help whenever theres an issue. Their maintenance crew is great and comes to fix whatever is wrong within a day or so of calling, even sooner for emergencies. When I moved out we had an issue with the liner not coming out (dont use liner!) and thought I was going to be on the hook for a few thousand dollars in damages. To my surprise, they only charged $50 for a drawer. In fact, the total charges, despite the place needing a bit of extra cleaning, was less than my deposit so I even got something back! I'm not sure why other people on here were charged so much when they moved out, but its likely their damages were far worse than they claimed. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the gates. They use a touchless key fob for the door (not the car gate itself) which stopped working for me almost a year ago. I kept coming back asking them to fix it but they never did despite telling me they were on it. Hopefully that gets fixed as it was quite frustrating. Aside from that they're a great place to live and I recommend them 100%! Just be a good and responsible tenant and they'll be great landlords back."

"Hands down the best maintenance crew! It has been the same crew since we moved in almost 3 years ago. When we submit a work order, they are prompt and fix whatever was broken. I can’t say enough great things about all of them. The front office staff are ok. It seems they have a new gentleman working and he has been communicative and proactive with his leadership. I’m looking forward to better communication and managing with him on the staff. The apartments themselves are very nice. I believe ours is one that has the more dated furnishings, but we are happy with it. We’d love upgrades, but we are already paying enough to live here! I do wish corporate was more lenient with decor and lighting on our patios. I feel it looks much nicer when tenants can actually decorate their patio without getting a citation for a wall hanging. I also hope the office staff can organize more social opportunities for the tenants. Mixers, meet and greets, movie nights, etc. It sure goes a long way to make tenants feel like we are a part of a little mini community here."

"This apartment complex is a joke. The worst part of staying here is the mess you see. Every corner there’s dog feces, trash, furniture and broken down cars. The dumpster is always broken! So if you plan to stay be prepared to smell trash and see a hill of garbage. They throw furniture in the back gate on what I’m sure is city property, once that is full, it is piled up by the dumpster. I’m sure if they would maintain that better we would have way less rodents. The whole time I stayed here it seems as if you can NEVER get ahold of management, you will never see them doing a properly walk, you can’t get ahold of them the first time you call or go in the office, they are always on “lunch” or off property. Only the leasing agents will be driving around to show an apartment. I would say that maintenance is amazing and I’m glad they are there 7 days a week. They are always fixing apartments only. On top of that, the security here is ridiculous. I was unable to get my mail here for so long. The gates are also NEVER closed and always broken. Supposably they have courtesy “police” patrol, I’ve seen cops not even a handful of times and that was around the time they broke into the mail boxes for a whole month. The cops come when they have time it’s not an all around security that is paid for lol. These apartments are seriously not worth your money. The location and how convenient it is to 151 is helpful. There is some great apartments right down the street by Alamo Ranch that are way more clean, modern and spacious. Which than brings me to another reason why these apartments are horrible, if you plan to move in hopefully you are on the left side of the apartment complex because the right side there is absolutely never parking unless you have a reserved parking. The amenities are nice I would say I definitely enjoyed the holiday events that are occasionally done but the pool is always dirty with leaves and debris, the “hot tub” doesn’t work. You will see residents cleaning the pool before they get in. OH AND BY THE WAY, if you have any type of communication with the office for concerns, complaints or really anything please have it paper trailed and remember dates because they will not hold up to their word and lie about things or give you incorrect information. All around I would not recommend any one to stay here and I feel like I wasted money here to have so much wrong. I don’t need to call in with my concern that isn’t going to fix anything. I had already called in durning my stay and Debbie, the assistant manager Jennifer and everyone else was just rude and did nothing to fix these issues."

"They charged me over $700 on move out for cleaning, painting, and damages that I did not cause. I left the apartment immaculate on move out. They charged me for damages that were present in the apartment upon move in they explicitly told me not to worry about. I was completely blindsided by these charges. I do not recommend staying here. Be prepared to lose all your deposit and then some. I've never lost my deposit anywhere before this place. DONT RECOMMEND"
