"All the previous reviews are accurate. Gina is such a rude person for absolutely no reason at all. I went to apply & off the bat the girls at the front were not really friendly or nice to talk to. Then Gina came out. She was even worse. Her attitude made me go elsewhere. I heard from a resident that she gave people citations for personal issues like giving her attitude back or for super small insignificant things. The apartments are really nice , but management is terrible. I wouldn’t live here. Check out other low income apartments, but not this one."

"Gina De Leon is super aggressive , rude and all around a horrible person which is why I canceled my application. I NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE,TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with management. She made me feel so uncomfortable because of her I couldn’t imagine living in these apartments with having to answer and pay rent to her. They really need to overlook who they hire."

"Gina is a horrible property manager. She's extremely rude,snarky,dismissive,hostile,confrontational (for no reason) etc. Any trait synonymous to having a negative attitude she embodies. The apartments themselves however are really nice. Construction takes forever. The continuous construction/digging brings out critters. I've dealt with scorpions & mice since living here."

"The office manager Gina is incapable of make decisions on her own. She uses her staff members to gang up on 3rd party/contacters and they all have each other's back while enjoying the privilege of not lifting a finger only to collecting a check. Gina and her staff members will use you to take credit and replace you for there benefits. Gina also believes that all African-American employees should be micromanaged."
