"DO NOT RECOMMEND, the office staff is completely rude if you call they will literally answer the phone not say a word and hang up and this happens on multiple occasions. They do not complete work orders, I’ve placed work orders from the time I moved in and nothing never got fixed till this day. In order for anything to be done I have to call corporate office and Mrs. Moreno is always a great help and gets the people in the office on property that work under her to actually do their job in a timely manner. Chrissy finally answered the phone after I was hung up on twice and failed to give me the names of the employees that were in the office so I could file a complaint about being hung up on, she kept asking what could she help me with and when I asked she tried to correct me as if I don’t know what I’m calling about, still didn’t get an answer because she doesn’t want to do her job and told me to call corporate which I did and will continue until her and whoever else in the office decides they want to do their jobs."

"Very disappointed in the application process. I was very transparent about my felony 10 years ago before I applied to avoid wasting their time. I was told application process takes 2-3 weeks. EVERY TIME I called and left messages, sent emails, and physically went to property and left hand written messages I was NEVER called back. I just feel it’s very unprofessional to tell someone yes we are felony friendly. Then I go and told I’m denied and there is nothing they can do. It’s a corporate thing. But I know first hand it’s at the management’s discretion to make a phone call and at least try to inquire my denial. Another words help fight for me. Considering my felony was 10 years ago non violent just a drug charge. A good person that made a bad choice!!!!! It was just yes you were denied sorry. You can apply again in 3 months. WOW!!!!"

"Overall, these apartments are great. They worked with me from day one and the interior is very good and well cleaned. I haven’t found any roaches or pest in the apartment or area, so that’s a plus. However, today there was trash all over the complex. I mean, bags full of trash in the middle of the street. People throw random trash in the front of others patios. It doesn’t look appealing, I understand that maintenance could be backed up or there is a protocol for things like this. But for the amount that we pay in rent, this should not be acceptable. I would get someone to work on this ASAP. This is not appealing nor appropriate for the outlook of the apartment."
