"The office is unorganized and ill managed. They do not have a set schedule on when the office will be open. No one ever answers the phone, when they do answer and you make a request its never completed you gotta stay on they neck for days. You leave messages they don’t call back. You submit maintenance requests and they will close them without even coming."

"When I moved into the unit the previous tenant had messed up alot of things such as the floors, the closet wall, bathroom sinks..etc. if it wasn't for the amazing maintenance guy Mark being on top of everything and getting things fixed for me right away I don't know what I would have done! Thank you Mark for doing an amazing job fixing my unit and doing it right away and not making me wait. Mark did an AMAZING job and I appreciate all of his hard work and dedication to his job! He is definitely the best!"

"-poor landscape maintenance -gym equipment don’t function properly Entrance gate never workers, anyone can come in and out -no working security cameras -pool is always dirty -roach infestations -increased vehicle theft, mine was stolen from parking lot. - increased police presence -increased junkies roaming at night Trash everywhere in parking lots -roof tops not repaired -playground is always dirty with trash and has no gate for safety. -no one is ever in office for assistance -business center doesn’t provide printing access. Laundry center is super small and always dirty."

"I don't think they want people to live there. I have been calling, emailing, even showed at the office during what was supposed open hours. It was 4:15 pm office was locked. Spoke to a few residents there and heard nothing but horror stories of the newer woman in the office. Countless maintenance requests no being completed. Never being in the office during office hours. Not calling residents back. Sounds like I may have dodged a bullet"
