"Discussing the apartment had an ants infestation!!!!! And the plumbing was horrible!!!! The office would try and blame it on the kids in the complex!!!! The maintenance was horrible also!!! They take their poor sweet time when a repair is needed!!! Too busy trying to flirt with the girls in the front office and the landlord!!!! One of the maintenance men is the son of the landlord!!! They call the landlord Racy Rose on yelp!!!! I found out that she definitely lives up to her name!!!! Worst complex to live"

"LONG POST BUT PLEASE READ before CONSIDERING MOVING HERE. Where do I begin?? Back in August I gave west creek townhomes a money order deposit. I did everything they asked I submitted my application and was approved. It was a slow process and I was hoping to move in by the beginning of September but to my surprise they were in the process of a new corporate office taking over. Which I was never informed of. By this time I had already given my current landlord my 30 day notice and I needed to be out by the end of September. It wasn’t until the middle of September when I was called back to redo a new application. They were so unorganized they had me go back and forth into the office to submit and fix corrections mind you I went 2 days in a row. All for them to tell me a week before I needed to out of my current home that my application was denied for a DWI I received 14 yrs ago. I then questioned about when I would get my deposit back. They said they would look into it to see if the old property management Perry Reid would issue my refund or their new corporate capstone. I had called several times and never got a response. It wasn’t until the middle of October I finally went to the office and was told by Andrea that it would be best to email her and her manager Melissa regarding my deposit. This whole time I thought they where in touch with corporate trying to figure out who would be giving me back my deposit only to find out they were never doing anything. I received a call from another young lady who also works there. Who had the audacity to ask me if I was still interested in moving into a unit as they would now be able to approve me. I told her NO! She then told me that I would be able to receive my deposit. Which I knew this already. I was told to contact Kristin from Perry Reid regarding my deposit. That is when I was informed that Perry Reid had no record of my money order deposit. According to her she had checked their bank accounts and informed me they never received my money order. I emailed them back on November 13th to inform them they had no record of money order being received. It is now December and I still have not gotten a response and I am assuming no one knows where my money order is at. They don’t answer calls and they all of a sudden don’t respond to their emails anymore. Now I am out of $200 since I have been back and forth with western union trying to get my money back since on their end shows it has never been cashed. Whatever you do don’t move here. Their management is very unorganized and unprofessional wish would have read the reviews before hand. I will be reporting them and taking legal action against them."

"Been trying to call all lines provided....WE HAVE A SEWER LEAK IN BATHTUB AND OUTSIDE COMING FROM PIPE NEXT TO MY DINING ROOM WINDOW! FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED AND YOU DID NOT RESPOND TO THEM EITHER AND DEPSPITE ALL ORDERS THAT HAVE NEEDED IMMEDIATE SINCE 2021 YOU CHOOSE TO IGNORE. WHY PUT RESIDENTS THROUGH STRESS AND DESPAIR FOR ALL THE in one ear out the other ATTENTION on repairs or even a phone lines that are disconnected? Even before when other property management was in control they continually closed my work orders! Now excuses for fulfilling your duties even though been a wonderful disabled tenant that has been living in despair and lies. I am living with sewage in my home and holes in my doors amongst other necessary attention, There is no excuse to put up a promising face and after on a contract your face is the opposite! You know I am disabled and needed a better unit that is unhabitatal and to my needs at my income basis. But more $ for you to shift families that have letters stating from doctors on must haves. You want to charge more but not fit the needs of those who are legally feeling discriminated!"

"Ashley has been a poor representation for Avery Townhomes and West Creek. Her understanding of the property was less that satisfactory. Ashley recommended promotion that were no longer honorable and guaranteed move in dates that were never honored. My Cat and I have been extremely displaced due to the lack of honesty while dealing with Ashely. Additionally, I never even received a welcome letter. I am concerned that this will be what I have to deal with for the next 14 months. I went into the leasing office on my lunch break for resolutions the Property Manager also confirmed that he would personally make sure I at lease received a welcome letter which never happened. I can't say anything positive or comforting about this location."
