"Update as of feb 2024. It’s gotten physically dangerous here. My neighbors likely do drugs. I’ve been told meth can smell like rotten eggs and I‘ve smelled that at various times. Along with that, My neighbors are unruly, loud, but more importantly unpredictable. They have aggressive behavior and have threatened me more than once completely unprovoked. I’ve reported these instances to the apartment as well as the police. Police are at Cascadia many times a week it seems - so that gives you an idea what kind of environment this is. Cascadia does not prioritize my safety whatsoever. “We didn’t get to it today. Tomorrow …” unacceptable. I was told by the office manager , Miguel, that safety is solely the responsibility of the tenant and that Cascadia has no stake in customer safety whatsoever. Then, he hung up on me when I asked for the phone number or the regional manager. When I called the corporate office, I was given a non working phone number and email for the regional manager. They are not at all in the business of customer service or safety whatsoever. The people living here are very sketchy. Someone had a dog locked in a random storage area overnight when it was very cold out. The poor animal was howling all night. If you want basic safety , skip this place. It looks ok on the outside, but that’s it. Especially anyone working in medical , the new Microsoft, moving from out of state, etc …. This is not basic the place for working professionals with some expectations. I wouldn’t trust my belongings here let alone my family. I wouldn’t trust young children to be in this community either. The unpredictability of the tenants is scary, and like I said the office here won’t take action. —————————— This place is disgusting. Dog feces all over the place, garbage piling up outside of the dumpster area, constant smell of marijuana coming through the vents, neighbors very disrespectful and loud at all hours, people blasting music to where you can hear the words through the walls, pool isn’t clean, codes for doors work less than 50 percent of the time, gate is open to anyone about half the time, The grounds are nasty. Litter all over. Once I saw a couple of the little green bags the apartment supplies on the grounds to be used for dog feces tied off and floating on the top of the water… I can only guess what was inside. Valet trash is a part of your rent, but even if you follow the instructions garbage probably gets missed once per week and left in the hallway. Maintenance requests are kind of a joke. If you submit to the online maintenance request tool and don’t hear back they tell you that you should have sent a email and vice Versa. Like it’s my job? Staff follows up on absolutely nothing, unless you’re signing lease papers. Frequently broken and unclean gym/equipment. Packages stolen. You will regret it if you lease here unless you like a loud/dirty/stinky lifestyle."

"I lived here for a year and this place is horrible. They weren’t ready for me to move in for three days after our contract and I had to find a different place to stay with my things. It wasn’t even completely ready in move in day but I moved in anyways. They always are switching up who works in the office. You will not be about to find parking even if you’re a resident and forget about having guests over there is not parking for them at all. I had to cave after two weeks of living there and pay for assigned parking after waking down the block to park at 3 in the am after work. My guests always had to park somewhere else and we had to leave their car. I would but in work orders and it would take weeks for them to respond. There are cheaper and more spacious apartments that don’t give you these issues."

"At first I wasn’t going to voice my opinion about this complex, but to be Frank they twisted my arm and left me with no choice. If you’re considering moving here and you have multiple cars, I’d strongly consider selling one. The parking here SUCKS. If you’re not home by 3 or 4 … good luck finding parking! The garbage schedule is all over the place and the gates are always broken. Oh and if you’re moving out and expecting a refund check, make sure you stay on top of them bc they WILL try to playing you out of your money: I am currently in the works of filing a complaint with this establishment. I had no intentions on writing a negative review, but I am utterly tired of companies wanting their money and going the highest extent that may result in ruining a tenants reputation for their future living arrangements but take their sweet time when returning it back. I don’t need my deposit money(in which its rightfully mine) but it’s the principal of the matter. I was never late on my rent never an issue to the office but I will take the time to call them out and warn those of potential residency! Honestly there are better places to live with more amenities to offer AND you’ll pay less rent here in SA. GO SOMEHWERE ELSE!"

"would not recommend this place to anyone. parking is horrible, no security cameras, or security at all for that matter in one year alone there’s been over 35 robberies at these apartments ! don’t take my word it! look it up yourself on the san antonio community crime map website they will go into your apartment without your permission, i would highly recommend getting a camera installed inside and outside. in the time that i lived here they tried to rob my truck 3 times! management is so disorganized. no one knows what’s going on. always going back and forth. yeah i agree with some of these reviews it’s always dirty. do yourself a favor and look to live somewhere else. only good thing about these apartments is location other than that 0/10 recommend."

"We moved to this apartment complex with the impression of convenience and quick response from management as that was the initial first impression. The biggest issue here is parking. Management allows cars without a tag to remain at the complex without enforcing towing which then leaves hard working individuals twirling their thumbs anytime after 9PM without a place to park, sometimes being forced to the nearest gas station for parking. Communication here is HORRIBLE. Overall would not recommend to anyone looking for an apartment that offers the basic necessities. PS, water bill is ridiculous and makes no sense whatsoever."
