They are very The office new management is very good, The residence sometimes don’t care about the trash, but the maintenance team takes care of it every single morning !!"

"I’ve been here almost a year and the safety concerns I have for our children out at play aren’t even funny. The community is gated so it kinda gives us a sense of security to let our children play outside together. Ive witnessed cars speeding in the parking lot every single day! I constantly bring my concerns to the office and they are always nonchalant and and never empathetic! A child was ran down on the property New Year’s Day and I fear no accountability will be had. That poor baby’s face was fractured due to people ignoring the speeding laws laid out on the property. The office told us to call the “unmarked” security they claim to have hired. Not even a simple message to tenants reminding them of the traffic laws??? Yet they can print out pages of evictions if you are 3 days late on your rent. Not enough paper for a memo huh? Nothing!!! Completely negligent!!!I’ve resorted to screaming slow down at speeding cars now. Lots of families live here and our children should be able to play in the playground zone and make it home safe !!!"

"New office staff seems to be more attentive and polite. I’m hoping they will figure out the pool situation before next spring. It was a huge let down when we couldn’t use the pool for over 3 months due to no one hired to clean it properly. It’s supposed to be open year round, however, it is closed and overgrown with green filth. I will say that I’m thankful for the new leasing agent who was kind and welcoming. This change was desperately needed. I also hope that they will hire more maintenance workers. One maintenance worker for over 300 units is unrealistic."

"I have two family members that live here and this complex is trash. Never any parking. The trash is always running over.the office staff base units off the number of ppl you have not the unit size you request.lie about availability. The walls are thin you can hear your neighbors talk/yell. Lastnight got no sleep I could hear a mother screaming at her kid and the kid was screaming at the top of its lungs."
