"She does not work with people. Showed up to our house un announced never called said there's no rent relief and when we went to court the judge said that the state offered help if you qualify and would pay up to 15 months back rent and we only owed 2 months now going on 3. Vikki Browning refused the states money. Like Wow she refused coveid relief. The judge said both sides have to agree and we'll of course we did and she said no... Like Wow. She could of got paid. I will never do business with these people and will spread the word about these people. Oh and my neighbor she has 6 dogs and never paid one deposit. Why is that Vikki."

"We rented from them for almost a year, the first week the owner of the house called and said they were trying to sell the home. We would never have rented from them if we had been informed of this. The owner then "forgot" to tell us she had a showing the first week we were there in the morning...and showed up 10 minutes after calling to show the house. The owner also works at Texas Rose Realty. We were never given storage keys even though they were advertised in the listing. We put up with several last minute showings of the home to be kind to the owner throughout our lease agreement. After we left I cleaned the home and the water was shut off so I went next door to borrow water from a neighbor to mop the floors. I bleached and cleaned everything including the walls and floorboards. Before we left the landlord had me leave a key for a guy to come look at the house right after we left. When I turned my keys in Renee in the office said that if it was not clean enough for Vikki she would give me one more chance before charging me for a house keeper to clean it. Never got a call. We gave them an 850 deposit. We got 225 back. Her reasons, the toilets were clogged, and there were two small screw holes from a shelf that fell in the master bathroom. She also listed it was not clean. Tell me how that is worthy of 625 in damage. Also we paid our rent every month on time."
