I love Cortland Ranch, and You will too!"

I had a list of small things to get done like lightbulbs and water pressure. Aldo and Nino came right way and handled each issue with priority."

"If you want an apartment complex to tell you to go F yourself then this is the place to go. If you see others commenting the walls are paper thin they are not lying I have been there and heard other people through my friend's walls easily. I first heard of this place by a friend and I was willing to get a 3 bedroom apartment for my family since he got another friend of ours to move in the complex there as well but she doesnt even want to stay there after her lease is up either as well as my friend who is having issues. My buddy is terminating his lease and sure there are termination fees but these people want him to pay 2 months rent as well on top of the RIDICULOUS AMOUNT for a termination fee??!! The amount they are asking is insane and enough to put a down payment on a brand new tesla if you have a 500 credit score + more. If you want your balls busted this is the place to go get them absolutely shattered."

"I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the Windsong office management did help me on multiple occasions above just a normal expectation, and for that I am grateful. My low rating is for the experience I had upon exit. Below are images of my apartment when I left. I was billed $150 for cleaning expenses and this is what my apartment looked like when I left it. I want people to make their own opinion, but I don’t feel like this was justified, as nothing was dirty beyond measure and nothing was in need of a serious deep clean. This is my first time being billed for the “cleanliness” of the apartment in my decade of renting, and I feel they are trying to cover their own business cost to flip apartments. Please keep this in mind if you choose to rent with a Cortland Property."
