"Make your appointment elsewhere they do not honor any times got here at 9am and 7other patients the same age where seen before us that got here way after us .we patiently waited but it's ridiculous so don't choose a time they don't care I asked the front desk what is the new appointment time since its not the one we chose no one else waiting and she couldn't even remember my son's last name no other patience are waiting inconsiderate of ppls time"
"Dr Jaramillo is a good doctor but the staff working for him is not , so unprofessional and seem unhappy all the time. They take forever to answer the phone, specially referrals, and you have to book appointment like 5 months in advance. I usually have to go to ER if something happens cause they never have same say appointment."
"Worse doctor you can ever have! The staff are also the worst. I wish we could have the option of giving a zero star."
"Update: was on hold for over an hour and never got to speak to anyone. We love Dr. Jaramillo, but is there a faster way that I can speak to someone? Every time I call I am on hold 30-45 minutes just to be able to schedule an appointment or speak to someone. I have now been on hold for 35 minutes and have not spoken to anyone yet. It’s very frustrating."
"If I have less than on star I will give it to this office. The receptionist just hang off the call on my face, you need to call them many times to follow up your kids paperwork to be signed very rude receptionists."
