"Run run run!!! Upon moving in I had no hot water, two nonfunctioning toilets, massive build up of mildew smelling carpet due to a leaking washer hook up, broken and missing screens on my window and sliding glass doors, broken blinds, and a broken dish washer. This was all problems noticed hours after getting my keys. And believe it or not things only got worse. Management is very rude and good luck getting to speak to someone. No one is ever in the office and don’t answer phone calls or emails. Property is filled with trash in the parking lot and all over the lawn. Apartments have rodents and roaches. You pay for pest control but they only come if you call and make a request which is hard to do when they don’t respond. But pest control doesn’t help the problem. You need to treat the problem yourself. They have tons of vacancies because the place is disgusting."

"Extremely poor management!! I'm a resident and my car was towed, had to pay $350 to get it back. They won't repair anything, carpet is cheap' windows don't completely shut close, cheap paint on walls and tub after few months of use its cracking. Central A/C doesn't work in the summer. Have had at least 3 plumbing issues out my year here, the pool is never open. I pay $5 a month for pest fee, never saw a exterminator after complaining of roaches."

"The new leasing guy in the office I believe his name is Nathan he is the greatest. He is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything perfect. I have had the best experience thanks to him and I will definitely be referring this place to all my friends and co workers in need of an apartment. He is the best and his smile lights up the room. Great awesome guy. Great place to call home."

"Roach infested, dishwasher has not worked properly the entire time we have lived here, bath tubs non existent, smelly water, flood from AC (not doing job currently) POOL HAS NEVER BEEN CLEAN OR OPENED ALL SUMMER TO SWIM, no grill, their not in the office when they should be!! This was the worst mistake of our lives! FRONT gate NEVER WORKS so zero safety protocols.. gun shots constantly.... they towed my car TWICE and cost me to loose my JOB, RAN MY CREDIT CHECK TWICE HAS A HARD INQUIRY, RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDW RUDE!!!!!! THEY MAKE YOU OAY FOR THIBGS AND DO NOT PROVIDE PROPER AERVICE!! the maintenance are the offices snitches!! They watch everything you do (which is creepy). This place is a fn nightmare!!! DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!! DO NOT MoVE IN!!!"

"DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. First of all the management is super rude and so less sensitive of residents plights, the place is roaches infested and that is a super fact, they have partnered with towing track companies who will pick up your vehicles for no apparent reason and the issue of safety is a big reason for you not to ever think of moving here if it is a priority to you . The only thing they are very good at and that I applaud them is they are very efficient to take their rent on time which I believe that’s their only purpose in the office. If you got kid’s and safety is your number priority, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN SIGNING DOCUMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE EXPERTS WHEN IT COME TO MANIPULATING DOCUMENTS."
