"The only thing you can do with This trash dump is get rid of it it's Not a safe neighborhood any more they Had a swat deal a couple of days ago and I all ways feel like I have to watch over My damn shoulders I carry a weapon with Me in that damn trash dump I called the Owner but no response damn"
"Thay have horrible apartments and management! black mold growing in my apartment and all they can say is use bleach and water to wipe down walls. Breathing problems since I moved in i even flat lined in july and doctors dont know why. Bet it was the mold"
"The new landlord is horrible, she has a attiude and never responds. I had proof of damages from the last tenant that me and both the old landlord discussed and had evidence of but she still charged me for the damages even though there was document proof of the damages being there when I moved in she said she doesn’t see it on file so it doesn’t matter even though I sent her document proof They also never fix the problems in the apartments but are quick to blame you with the problem gets worse, they’re quick to hand out lease violations but will never fix a roach problem or broken/damages things in the apartment. They charge you when you move out for carpet stains even thought they’re supposed to put new carpet in for the next tenant anyways. They also allow neighbors to terrorize you and call the cops on your for no reason multiple times. Barbara In building c-4 is known for terrorizing neighbors and making them move out because she makes up lies and calls the police all the time. Nia is awesome but brandy is horrible, she makes a horrible wage and takes this job way too seriously"
"The apartments are kept in fairly good shape and the area is safe. However, management has been hard to reach for the past year as the office hours are short and sometimes no one was in there during the times posted on the door. In the summer, I developed a roach issue despite being a clean person and living on the second floor. I made sure to be put on the pest control list but the issue was never resolved entirely. Maintenance got better recently but it used to take them a while to fix anything. As I get close to moving out communication has lacking. The assistant property manager is nice and helpful but they have some real issues with keeping a main manager. Seems like they can’t get their act together. If you’re looking for something on a low budget this is really all that’s close but I would not recommend it."
"As far as first impressions go, we don't have a good one. My fiance and I stopped by to check out the apartments. Upon our arrival the office was closed even though the hours clearly stated they were open online, and on the building. We then proceed to call the number on the front of the building under their office hours, only to discover that the number has been disconnected. The number is the same as the website as well as here on Maps. How can property management even begin to accommodate possible new tenants let alone their current ones if nobody can reach them? Very disappointing. Especially after being referred here by family and friends."
