"I applied for a lease here and they told me i was approved everything went well. I asked them when can i view the property they stated it wasnt ready. This is a week out from my move in. Closer to move in these people will not answer any calls or emails. And has taken my deposit and everything.The new company is totally different, then when i used to live here back in 2018. You wasnt stuck in limbo of if you have a place or not. They communicated efficiently and thoroughly! I havent had the experience everyone else has had with Daniel, no return calls or follow up emails. And were scheduled to move in.His statement “I WILL CALL YOU” ask me did that happen"

"Today is my last day but I will truly miss Centreport. The residents are amazing and showed me so much love. I have been with the company for almost 6 years and truly enjoyed it. We are being penalized with a short times notices of sending in insurance copies when in reality the last manager didn’t do her job correctly and now we have to pay for that. I was away on vacation and came back to see my account balance went up. Im so tired of this place. ITS TRASH. management is trash, the tenants are trash… my packages has been stolen multiple times. There’s garbage everywhere. It’s the ghetto. Nothing luxury about this place. Good managers don’t just do their job but take care of the people who live here because we are still humans."
