"When I first moved here I absolutely loved this place. I honestly didn’t have any issues until I decided to terminate my lease early. I called and went in to talk with the leasing office on the steps that I needed to take. It seemed throughout the whole cancellation process they kept adding new fees that they never initially told me about when I asked them about it. It comes to my move out day and I’m prepared to pay all the remaining fees so I do not have a bill come my way in two months. When I logged into my portal one of the fees that they told me I would need to pay was not in there only my last water bill which I paid upon my move out day. The next day I spoke with the manager Pauline and we cleared up the fee and she told me that maintenance said my apartment was clean and that she would only charge me the sanitation fee instead of the fee to have the professional cleaning was done. Now it’s been a week since I moved out and I got my final move out statement and there was once again all new fees that I was not told about as well as a professional cleaning fee that I was told I wouldn’t not have to pay as well as another water/sewage bill even though I had already paid for my last month. I asked Pauline if we could honor the fee since she was the one who told me that is what I would be charged and it was her fault she hadn’t done a walkthrough before she told me and she refused. The move out process was absolutely terrible and they try to get all the money they can out of you when you leave, so if you do decide to move here be prepared for that. The leasing office is very unorganized and frustrating to deal with when moving out."

"From the moment I reached out to inquire about the property, the leasing staff have been professional and friendly. Mr. Jesse wasted no time in responding to my inquiry, and was extremely welcoming. I was relocating from Missouri, therefore most of my interaction was done via the internet, texting, or phone calls. When I arrived at the property, I was welcomed with a warm invite, and given the information necessary at the time. I was in a bit of a rush, because I was flying out that same evening back to Missouri to finish up some pending business, therefore I didn't actually move in until a few days later. Once I arrived back at the property I was welcomed by Mrs. Alyse, and Ms. Berkley. Mrs. Alyse, whom I have worked with the most while in Missouri, finished explaining all the move-in details, and made sure to let me know if there was anything I needed further they were there to assist me in any way they could. I am very pleased with the entire staff, Mr. Jesse, Mrs. Alyse, and Ms. Berkley; they have created a Raving Fan! I also had the pleasure on a few occasions to interact over the phone with Ms. Katherine, and she was also a delight to correspond with. I am one week into my move, and I am thoroughly enjoying the grounds, the neighbors, and the staff. I would recommend this property first because the leasing staff are extremely warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Second, because it is a quiet, serene, and beautiful place to call home."

"Sprint don’t run!!! My boyfriend and I had a HORRIBLE leasing experience here. I normally don’t leave reviews but I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake we did. The front office management was terrible. Straight up rude and would try and take your money anyway they can. We constantly had scorpions, ticks, spiders (including black widow) and we paid every month for pest control…it did NOTHING. When we toured the apartment they said we would have a dog door..when we showed up on move in day there was no dog door. They also said they would have our unit cleaned before we moved in, we showed up and it was filthy from construction. We complained so they gave us a $60 credit to spruce. To have spruce clean their mess it was going to be $150+…it was a complete joke. However, they required to make us pay to have our apartment professionally cleaned before we moved out."

"This is long overdue. We moved to the Mansions in November and the experience was great! Alyse was wonderful to work with and was so patient with all of our questions (we had alot of them)! Jesse and Berkley were so nice to work with as well! I submitted a work order for our closet when we moved in - just needed a rod reinforced - and they got it fixed super quick! People are so nice here and it is very dog friendly :) We love it here!!"
