Reviews of Heritage Towers
"This really did used to be a nice apartment complex. Lately the cleanliness of the green areas (dog poo everywhere) and garbage spilling out of the dumpster are getting out of hand. Also when we first moved in it was quiet and a nice place to come home to. Now the whole complex smells of weed and dog poop. Many screaming children wandering the courtyard hollering at the top of their lungs. Dogs left on upper floor balconies to bark while their owners are out. I agree with the review that said you can hear everything. It’s the design on part, but they have let in a bunch of rowdy people, definitely ruining the community feel. It went downhill super fast and it seems to be getting worse. I no longer feel safe in this complex as crime is rising."
"This place makes me feel safe! I love the employees here, they are so kind and welcoming. The gym is always clean and has amazing equipment, I love that it has access to a trail right behind the apartments and right off the highway. The price for these apartments blew me away and I couldn’t be more great full to be able to live here and afford it as well."
"Heritage Towers is a great place . The units themselves had high ceilings, a spacious open layout with state of the art appliances. The closets were very roomy as well which was nicer compared to some of the other properties in the area. One thing that made Heritage Towers extra special were the amenities which were conveniently located ~1min walk from the unit I was looking at. I wanted a a nice gym area, with cardio machines since I am training for long distance race. The gym had free weights up to 65 pounds, a cables machine, 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a cycling machine and a stationary bike. The gym seems smaller, but does have everything I need and I like that it is it's own building, overlooking the pool. Other than that, the pool was pretty. Some families had their kids playing on the tanning ledge under the umbrellas. I think Heritage Towers was one of the highest quality apartment in the Lewisville area!"
"I recently had the opportunity to visit Heritage Towers, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The leasing team was awesome. Super attentive, helpful, and totally dedicated to making sure residents are happy. Things worth calling out - they have a lot of dogs on property, they have valet trash (you pay extra for this) I think 5 or 6 days a week. The dumpster is closest to Building 1. The pool is located between building 3 and 2. I love the waterfall at the pool because the sound gives off relaxing vibes. One top priority for me is safety and they have cameras located throughout the property and only 2 entrances and exits, with cameras. I would say the apartment unit is pretty normal but does have bigger than average closets! I definitely recommend touring, one of the nicest Lewisville options for sure."
"One of the highlights of Heritage Towers is undoubtedly the brand-new pool area. It is simply amazing! There’s a waterfall, basketball hoop, volleyball net, and this really cool shaded area with 8 TVs called the Party Pavillion. They also have day beds around the pool. The pool area really feels like more of a resort experience and kind of adds an extra touch of luxury. Management was approachable/responsive and goes above and beyond to address any concerns or questions."
