"Today I have visited the apartment for tour. I really liked the way Kimberly Helped in it. She was very friendly and after looking at the apartment. I have decided to stay here. Before this i have seen lot of other apartments but was not able to decide. But this one just grabbed my interest like anything."
"I have only been here 4 months. Bradley has been extremely kind and thorough in all maintenance requests I’ve had. He’s easy to talk to and he’s always polite. The office staff and manager are extremely kind and very understanding. I have not experienced a problem that was never addressed in a timely manner. Always efficient. Thank you for all you do."
"Extremely happy with my move in experience. The apartment was in excellant condition with new floors, new paint and very clean. The manager, office staff and maintenance are all amazing. Anytime there is a maintenance issue they take care of it within 24-48 hours."
"Shop around before coming here. My husband and I lived here for a little over a year. We moved to these apartments from out-of-state and although we liked the complex when we moved in things got increasingly worse until we moved out. First off, the dog poop stations at the dog park are hardly ever emptied so they're overflowing and there's poop all over the inside of the dog park. Also, they advertise a dog pet spa that never worked the entire time we lived there. The water wasn't connected and that goes for the water on the inside of the dog park where the water bowl is. The retention rate for employees at the front office didn't appear to be that great. The people who assisted us when we moved in no longer worked there by the time we moved out. One of the frustrating things about moving to this complex was that they didn't inform me of which companies I needed to connect with in order to get my utilities set up. I had to call back multiple times before I got an answer (CoServ). Coming from out of state I wouldn't have known this info if I hadn't asked. Also, the day of move in we had spent the past 3 days driving only to be told our apartment was being cleaned so we had to wait about 30 minutes until they could give us the keys. Our master bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke which I included on my move-in form and told the front office about but the employee at the time didn't do much to help get that rectified. Instead I had to figure out how to clean the bathroom to get it to not stink to high heaven. The apartment itself was really nice with high ceilings, big closets, and a nice floorplan which we enjoyed. We did have a really disgusting battle with roaches for the last few months of our lease. We put out traps, but it didn't seem to make a difference. Unfortunately that can happen due to other tenants being disgusting in their units. The gates also didn't work for probably 3/4's of the lease. The complex was transparent about the issue stating there aren't a lot of companies in the area who do that work which I could sympathize with but at what point does Berkshire decide to cut it's losses and get rid of the gates? As a tenant you're basically paying for an amenity that doesn't work. The gym and pool were nice features and the dog park is huge, but beware of the poo. I did have an issue with the complex charging me for insurance when I had my own and I tried to rectify the issue for 3 months up until the end of my lease and I'm pretty certain they still charged me for it, but just renamed the charges on my final bill because the total was the same on my final bill that was emailed to me versus what was listed on my residential portal. They just renamed the charges which at that point I was so over dealing with a front office that doesn't know how to communicate properly that I just paid it and moved on. Check out other properties before coming to this one. It does have its perks, but all in all I think the complex is too big and not properly staffed which is a failure on Berkshire's part. You have to set your employees up for success and they can't succeed if they're aren't enough of them to assist with the current residents and potential new residents."
"Absolutely great. My consultant Kimberly. Went far and beyond for me. Kept me in the loop every step of the way. Her communication skills with me top notch. Beautiful property. Inside and out.,"
