"i am unsatisfied with this company the lady kisha in the office did some fouls things to me , the woman told me to bring and provide my information for employment i provide employment information and she told me that my work stubs were fake cause she make check stubs and i could've brought some from her the disrespect was real after i told her i didn't wanna buy them from her she denied me in the system so i wasn't able to move in the experience was horrible and very unprofessional and then called me and said she would've let me through if i would've get them from her she say she couldn't say it in the office phone she called from her own phone and when i declined her off she called back from office phone and denied me and also explained to me that she have made check stubs from other people and they got in and also told me her and the manager works together with doing so … i didn't want them cause they were illegal and i had legal document for my employment verification i've called and left a message for the manager and no has reached out to me"
"UPDATE: Upon today I had to go inside to request an emergency maintenance issue.. I was greeted by Ms Christie/Crystal and she went over and beyond to make me feel my family was important. The issue was handled in a matter of 1 hour... I just want to take the time out to let you guys know I see the difference and the great changes you're making... Keep it up, I'm a HAPPY TENANT.... Thanks again!!! This experience was a breath of fresh air.... My experience here has been up and down. I was excited bc this is my family and I first rental house. We try our best to fullfil what is expected of us by paying on time, cutting grass, making sure yard is acceptable etc. However when it's time to reach management or maintenance you're unsuccessful. They never answer phone then you drive to both locations and still don't accomplish anything... Over the summer I've dealt with ac issues for months, no compensation for buying a window unit. For months, draining issues with sink and toilet and garbage disposal, still not fixed. Now I've been needing light bulb replacements in kitchen since on Thanksgiving and was told they will get to me when they can which seems like NEVER with maintenance out. How can a person cook or clean in a dark kitchen. How can you expect a person to continue to pay for things not operable in their unit. This is you all rental home, I'm a tenant but expected to do homeowners work on a house I was told these issues were done by maintenance. I've tried contacting corporate.. Nothing. Hopefully this reaches the right individual to assist myself on getting something complete. A confused unsatisfied tenant. Today March 21 and maintenance has still not came.... Sad"
"I will give Lakisha 5 stars because she was wonderful, but the compliance part of this process sucks!!! First you have a waiting list, then when you’re up on the list you have to jump through hoops just to be approved. After jumping through hoops you still aren’t approved. Make too much to qualify for this but not enough to qualify for that. I don’t even know what caused my application to be denied after a background or whatever had already been done, but it’s crazy. Whatever happened to second chances or exceptions? I’m tired of apartment living and thought this was a good start before I decide to actually buy a house. Again Lakisha and the other lady(didn’t catch her name)in the office were awesome though."
