"I have lived here for 3 years with no problems but the day I tell them I am moving out they begin to show little to no concern about me. I needed a few extra days on my lease before my new lease begins and they offered to charge me almost an entire extra month of rent instead of prorating 4 days for me. When I asked corporate about this they were very rude and did not even want to have a discussion about it. This is very poor customer service and shows no concern for me. I have never missed a rent payment and have caused no issues. This is very disappointing after having genuinely enjoyed living here for the past 3 years."

"Love it here so far! This place is beautiful, from the apartments themselves to the exterior. You get a garage that fits one car per unit, spacious apartment interiors with modern updates. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, the office staff and maintenance people are wonderful and very prompt. So happy we chose this for our home. **Still loving it here! Everyone here is so nice, this is definitely a small family and mature-aged community! Very peaceful and I love waking around the pond!"
