"The dog doo...the dog doo...the dog pee in the elevators...the dog doo...can we just punish all the pet owners...why have a pet if you don't wanna clean after it...I can only imagine how these peoples apartments smell...why can't dog owners pick up after their animals...why not get rid of your dog if you don't wanna clean up after it...I might not renew my lease because of the dog doo...other than the dog doo...dog pee in the elevators...stinky dog odors in the elevator...this place dope..."

"I lived here for about 10 months and there were definitely pros and cons to the complex. Pros: I really liked my apartment and rarely had any issues. When I did submit maintenance requests, they were resolved usually on the same day. Their staff is very nice, but I would recommend going to the office if you have questions because the phones seem to go down a lot. The amenities are really nice and accessible. The location is great and it super quick to hop on 35. Parking is generally fairly easy to get. Building upkeep happened regularly and everything was pretty clean inside the building. Cons: For about 6-7 of the months that I lived there, one or more of the main entrances to building 1 was broken, allowing literally anyone to come in. People leave dog poop all over despite multiple reminders from management, so poop sat for awhile. The walls are super thin and I had the noisiest upstairs neighbors with kids that would literally be up jumping from the bed and tables as early as 7 am and as late as 4 am. I couldn't work from home comfortably because people could hear them running through the apartment through my laptop. It was absolutely horrible. Despite voicing my frustrations time and time again, and even being told to record the noises, my relief didn't come until I moved out. Overall: I'd recommend the complex but try getting on the top floor if you can!"

"Very Nice Office Staff You Can Tell They Are Working Hard To Meet Everyone’s Needs… Very Nice Upkeep Of Both Buildings ! Smells Good & Clean ! Everything Will Not Be Perfect I Am Having A Really Hard Time Getting Internet In This Location The Property Manager Needs To Register This Address So We Can Get Internet This Is How Some Of Your Residents Pays Their Bills. Other Than That Minor Small Things Like Peeling Cabinets & A Rusty Microwave On First Day Of Move In But It’s A Beautiful Area I Really Appreciate That IN OFFICE Staff ! Five Stars ❤️"

"Can’t wait for my lease to be up. Heat in my apt is 83 degrees. This is the 3rd time my air has is out in record high temperatures. Leasing office/maintenance people don’t give a rats behind. I have lived here for 3yrs and it’s just getting worst. 4 manager, numerous front desk ppl. That speaks for itself."
