These guys go above and beyond to get things done to make this place a great to live . They have great customer service and work ethics I hope these guys keep doing a good job taking care of this place I would highly recommend this to anyone for the best price on the market you can't beat it the property is gorgeous. "Everything everyone said is true, what’s worse is that neighbors don’t have regards for anyone. They literally approve just ANYBODY. I’m writing this review at 5:00 am because dogs keep barking all night and all day. I’ve been up since 4:00 am, I’ve been hearing the barking sound CONSTANTLY for the past 1 hour. It’s just not today, it keeps happening. You can still tolerate everything but a place that doesn’t even let you sleep peacefully, please don’t consider moving here, it’s literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. The most unhelpful leasing office and bothersome neighbors. Hell on earth."

"I move often due to my career and this is the worse apartment I have ever had the displeasure of living. The maintenance team is the main reason. 1) When I first moved in, I could tell that my cabinets had suffered water damaged. They just painted over them. They didn't even bother to clean out the drawers and just painted over hair and other debris. 2) My closet door was broken and off track. They just put it back on track but didn't fix what was causing it to go off track. 3) My dishwasher was broken or so I thought but it ended up being an electrical issue in my kitchen. The maintenance man just unbolted the dishwasher and told me to run an extension cord. I put in a work order to get the electrical issue resolved but 2 months later I'm still dealing with an extension cord. 4) Roaches and ants. Apparently the whole complex is infested and they have done little to nothing to resolve it. 5) My gate code hardly ever works. I have 4 more months left on my lease and I can't wait to move out."

"Roaches! I’ve lived on both sides for 2 years each. First couple years were pretty good, but on Horizons 2 there is definitely a roach issue that is not getting handled. I’ve lived in many apartments in multiple states and have never had a roach issue. Even in the 3 man bachelor pads when I was younger never had roaches. I have called in the past 5 weeks to have them come in and spray. Every week they assure me they will and they don’t. I know this because I have camera inside and out. Almost nobody is home on a Wed afternoon to let them in to spray. I’ve told them every week that I don’t care to just come in and spray, but every week I know they haven’t. Last Wednesday I was finally home and they just didn’t even stop by. New management company every year I’ve been here. The maintenance crew is great and fast, but management team is borderline worthless. The location, price, and new remodeled gym/game room is why I stay. Also I loved the gated aspect, but it is broken half the time and the two clickers I paid $100 for are pointless since I have to drive up to box to scan it to get in for the past 8 months. They say Amazon driver broke it and they are waiting for them to pay. Not sure why it can’t get fixed and amazon reimburse the owners so the tenants don’t have to be inconvenienced. Also I’ve had three packages stolen off my front door, but I guess that happens everywhere."

"Office staff is kind when you speak with them but NEVER do what they say they will do. I was stuck trying to renew my lease for months and they even let it lapse to month-to-month even after we renewed the lease and were told we were “good to go”. My car has been hit here multiple times in the parking lot and even last night we were robbed off of my back porch patio. I cant even get a hold of the office now to fix the issue and now I’m missing work today to deal with it. The maintenance team is the only good thing about this apartment complex. We have been here for 3 years and have never worked with the same staff member. They’re constantly changing staff."
