"Now, some people I am sure have a good experience at this office. However, my wife and I do not like an interrogation type of style when it comes to doctors. Slamming thier clip boards down in there office and asking what questions we have! Doctor justified thier childish behavior with that they are grumpy. This was our first born daughter. Also you really messed up our daughter's health ! I recommend you retire! We left your facility because of the complete lack of your doctors care."

"I LOVE Dr. Shyung! I never once felt rushed and she addressed every concern I had. She even asked my 6 year old if he had any questions for her. She is a sweetheart. The staff in the front office were also very nice and helpful. There is a nurse that I also get to talk to everytime I have a concern with my son's ADHD medication, she is wonderful. She always calls me right back and takes everything seriously. I sincerely believe that these people care about my son."

"I'll start by saying we've moved quite a few times in the past few years. We've seen many different pediatricians in many different places at this point, and Cook Children's - South Denton is TOP NOTCH! Dr. Williams is primary for both my children and he is excellent! Very friendly and puts my kiddos right at ease. Not only is he patient with all of my stupid questions, but he also explains things in a way that makes sense without making me feel like an idiot. It's obvious he cares about his patients' well being. He thoroughly explored possible causes of an ongoing issue my daughter has had that other pediatricians have just brushed off. My husband and I felt like our concerns were taken much more seriously with Dr. Williams than with other pediatricians. We've also seen Dr. Goff and Dr. Day when my daughter was sick and Dr. Williams was unavailable, and they were both fantastic as well! Each time she went in timid and upset that she had to see a doctor she'd never met, and each time left with a smile on her face asking if she could see that doctor again. They both listened to my concerns as well and got us in and out quickly, but not in a way that it felt like we were being rushed. Would highly recommend this clinic and any of these Physicians!"
