"Not worth the Money, poor property management. Can not park in front of your apartment unless you pay an additional fee. The buildings are very old No Fire extisiure inside the Apartment only one at the end outside of the building residents have been walking around with Pistols and numerous people looking for free handouts. Power has bene lost several times due to old electrical exposed nails under carpets and they do not swap AC air filters. Walls are thin Beaing all dogd barking and neibours who make noise like snoring are not silent one might say the Walls are paper thin. Dog gromming Aparment next to mine since i work form home I had to liste to mukltiuple dogs bark all day long.High transent area Hotels and gas stations make it a prim area for pan handlers"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Loved for a short period of time and was one of the most uncomfortable situations. Management was a mess and the manger lady had no respect for others. Had to bring legal work in to get our deposit back because they didn’t want to admit they didn’t send it to me. Terrible experience from homeless people to roaches and bugs. 0/5 DONT RECOMMEND."
"Lived here for a short amount of time. The parking situation was changed after a month of living there after being told we would park right outside of our unit. We would have to pay 50 a month per car to park outside of our unit. Management was hard to deal with and rude however the woman in the front office was always very pleasant. They claimed they would come and redo our small yard with grass shortly after we moved in but never contacted that it would be started. Homeless people would sleep in the swings on the gazebo and rummage through trash."
"Definitely not the safest area. Had my car broken into 3 times as well as most of the other tenants. We’ve called police on several occasions but I Im assuming they’re too busy to add us in their route. There’s been an ongoing problem with homeless squatters and even worse activity that I won’t get into. The a apartments are nice but don’t forget to lock your doors."
