"I would give this place zero stars! On Saturday I decided to come here as I’m apartment searching and the apartments on the outside look great but didn’t get a chance to look at ANY apartments because the leasing agent was rushing me and my sister out the door because she had “an appointment” but we were there at least for 30 mins or so and NO ONE SHOWED. On top of that she was rude like she didn’t want to explain anything; I was asking her question and she was like wait wait wait.. Then all of the unnecessary fees this property have and on top of the way I was treated I will never go back or spend a dime here. I’ve seen better looking property with the same amenities that aren’t this expensive.."

"I've lived here for 2 years. Safe and well-kept, Office staff is always nice and accommodating. Jesus came yesterday to fix a few things - 1st time meeting new maintenance staff and he was awesome!"

"Not even a full 30 days staying at the Audrey & I 100% DO NOT recommend. I’ve experienced carelessness, colorism, prejudice, & one sidedness with the staff as well as the neighbors. When I moved in initially my unit wasn’t “make ready” which already left a bad taste in my mouth. The walls & floors are thin as you can see from previous reviews, so you hear a lot of unnecessary noise in your unit. They are quicker to issue a violation than to grant the concession credit which is supposed to be applied upon moving in. Furthermore they will/allow & encourage invasion of your privacy with unauthorized recordings of individuals living within their homes. Due to this experience, I’m leaving the city of Mansfield completely. I’ve never experienced anything like this in the DFW metroplex as a real estate agent & Airbnb host. I will say the maintenance team are good & friendly people. Other than that, 0/10."

Brand new beautiful apartments and not only the apartments but also the team in the leasing office that manage it. When I came to visit I didn’t expect the professionalism and effort they put in to helping me to find my new home. Also, my favorite part was the pool for sure!"
