"I've encountered a significant parking issue at my apartment complex, which lacks sufficient spaces for residents and strictly limits visitor parking to just 12 spots. This results in residents, including myself, struggling to find parking upon returning late from work, and often forces us to use visitor spaces. The management's response—towing vehicles for parking in available spots due to this shortage—is unfairly punitive. It's essential that the complex addresses its inadequate parking provision rather than penalizing residents and their guests for these shortcomings."

"Only move here if you want constant stress and bugs. I've been here over a year and have made the same maintenace requests regarding my dryer that does not work, my broken oven, my broken garbage disposal and a missing drawer in my kitchen (it's an open hole). At first I thought it was just maintenance that was incompetent but now I see it is the office management too. I have been to the office multiple times to get this fixed, As has my father with no results. In addition, maintenance has been to my apartment multiple times! Looked at it and claimed "we are getting you parts, we will be back." I try not to complain! But it is beyond that point. I would like to save yall from the stress of what I have gone through. There is much better out here. DO NOT RENT HERE. Ps: I forgot to mention I had no hot water in my apartment for 6 months. They finally fixed this issue! But left tape over the hole instead of tiling for another few weeks"

"Had an appointment to tour a 2br apartment. Office door was locked when I arrived, i knocked and no one answered. I waited hoping they were on another tour when another car rolls up, guy gets out and is let into the office. I immediately left."

"I was moving out and went multiple times to turn in my key but no one was in the office. The first day I immediately emailed the management there to let them know I was completely moved out and ask what todo with the key. This was the 30th of the month. They said it was okay to bring the key in later. I stop by the 31st, 1st, 2nd, 3rd. All during business hours no sign that they were out on lunch or showing. Wait for 15min each time nothing. Finally when I turn my key in they tried to charge me the extra days I still had the key. Saying I should have left it in the apartment with the door unlocked. (I didn’t want someone getting in and damaging a wall or something for them to blame/charge me for). I tried to discuss this with the property manager and they were extremely rude at one point telling my friend that they will not talk to them, only their “resident” when all they were asking is if we could show the emails saying it was okay we got from them. I gave them the key. Later finally spoke with their management company or collection agency who immediately waived the fees and it was done. Paid only what I owed no credit issues or anything.The apartments are nothing great but the management is world class awful."

"Many cockroaches appear everywhere in the cabinets, it is infested and they charge pest control and you make an appointment for them to come to fumigate and they never come and that's why I'm going to leave, I already threw away my coffee maker, toaster and all my dishes and cutlery because they They walked everywhere. I fumigate and they don't run out. I have my cutlery and pots and pans in a plastic container, because it's very disgusting when you're cooking and they come out everywhere. Look at other options, here it's disgusting with so many cockroaches, I don't recommend it"
